I was wondering since I have the low, middle and upper intake manifold off of the 2.8 V6 in my 85 GT. What it would look like with the molding seem ground smooth and all three paited the red/orange color. Has anyone done this.

The old paint looked O.K. so I just sanded it smooth and feathered trhe edges. I am useing Chrysler Red from Dupli-Color. I do not have a digital camera to post pics. But I will see if I can barrow one.
