I bought one of these from Ebay. I didn't get any instructions. I noticed that one side islonger than the other (surface that batt wil sit on).

My questions is which one is the battery resting surface and which one should be facing front?

Thanks.

Wheres that 'this thread is worthless without pix' dealy?

Swing it by sometime while the Z-kit V8 is still in the yard. That has a front mounted battery.

Edited to remind myself that its locked and inaccessable at the moment.

Can someone post What kind of cable is best to use and how much is needed? I was thinking of making a box doing this as I suffer from the infamous" wrotted battery tray"..

Hello, I can sell you the tray with cables and ends for a lot less than you will make it, for $65.00 plus shipping normally about $10.00 in the 48 states US . Thats pretty inexpensive, before Im forced to raise the price as these are pretty much a loss leader to me. Thanks Norm www.normsfiberglass.com 574-255-7843
