i put these mirror clips on my vette that mount to the inside of the outside mirrors and fill the gap between the mirror and the body that stops alot of the wind noise and turbulents that come in with the windows down and they were great! the other day i noticed they would work on fieros so i put some on. they make a huge difference. they can be found at www.corvettecentral.com and the part number is 514523. they are $24.95 a pair and can be mounted with double sided tape or pop riveted. they can be painted to match the body or left black. i would post a pic but i dont know how. they really do work and look great!! hope someone on here likes them!!

Ive got them on my vette too. you can leave them black or paint them car color too (ABS plastic) You can order them from http://ecklers.com. I also like the driver side convex wide angle mirror too, just stick on over the original (great for quick lane changes)and looks just like the passenger side glass.

could even convert to heated power mirrors if you wanted too - but that'd cost over 600$

Not really, I have the corvette heated mirrors on two cars, just watch eBay. I found some brand new corvette mirrors that had a little dent in them, (unacceptable for corvette owners) perfect for me.

I first recall seeing these on Kaz's Pearl White & Black Fiero at Fierorama in 2001: https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Archives/Archive-000002/HTML/20020118-1-010931.html

I finally got around to ordering a set (from Eckler's) a few months back... and installed them shortly thereafter:

I haven't really noticed a huge reduction in wind noise... but then again I haven't spent a ton of time on the highway since installing them.

My passenger side one fit quite nicely, but the driver's side needed to be heated and flexed a bit for better fit. Also, the tape on mine appeared yellowed & old, so it got pulled and replaced with fresh tape prior to installation. As for looks... they look good from certain angles, but from others they look a bit odd.

On a scale of 1-10... I'm currently giving it a 5 or 6, as I'm not entirely sure I'll be keeping them on the car.
