I don't know what would work. But I don know it would be really useful since there seem to be no more passenger side OEM replacements.

I read on here once that you can still get one side of the car's dew wipes, and that you can drill new holes or something and use it on both sides. Maybe someone else has more experience with this modification. The Fiero Store still has the one side listed for sale, or did the last time I looked.

I've done the modification, it's practically brainless. Buy the drivers side dew wipe, once you get it, take out your passenger side. When you compare them you'll see how easy it is to swap the pieces.
For all the reattachment, i've used my handy dandy pop rivet gun and 5/16ths pop rivets. When you attach the pieces make SURE the long end of the rivet faces away from the outside of the wipe. That is, have the long side of the rivet not interfere with mounting of the wipe.
Mark the holes in both the old and the new piece where the screws go through the wipe and into the door, this is fairly important as its possible to accidentally rivet a mounting hole like i did. Make the cutout where the mirror bracket goes (not sure if this is necessary or not, seems like it just makes tightening the mirror bracket easier) swap the mirror bracket over (it lines up flush with the end of the dew wipe) move the two fuzzy brackets back where they should be (use the old wipe as the example, just drill out the rivets holding one fuzzy on, line it up where it should sit (compare with the old wipe), drill the holes, pop rivet them on). Line up where the mounting holes need to be (just use the old one as a template, really if i remember right, you shouldnt have to drill many new holes as they're already there) drill, and lengthen them out laterally with a dremel so you have some adjustment in where they sit on the door (theres no way you'll be perfectly accurate with the hole drilling, lengthening them makes it fit perfect every time once you adjust where it sits)

That's pretty much it. Take my word for it, its not brain surgury when you have the pieces in front of you. The reason is is they're the same piece, same extrusion, holes are even in the same place, it's literally the same outer dew wipe for both sides, just relocated parts.
