Not hijack a thread......but could we please use this thread to post any and all CADD files for both block and tranny bolt patterns?
I think that it could become a usefull referance point to anyone doing a swap.

WOW
I came across this and saved the pictures about a week ago just didn't think it was that important to post. I save all pictures to a folder and then decide to save them or toss them. I was cleaning the folder out and almost tossed them.

I have a "Z" V8 conversion kit. I had the tranny adapter layed out at my job so I could draw it (in A-CAD ver.14). I have not dimensioned it but it has the SBC bolt pattern. If anyone wants it, I can send it to them.

I have owned over 15 chicken cookers. I don't think that would be a positive swap. The rotisserie Has very low torque like a die grinder. you need the RPM's up all the time and the weight down. I only have 1 RX7 and 1 additional 13B, but the 13B in the second gen are slower than my first gen 12A. This is all because of the weight. The engines work like die grinders they stop very easy under load. At the track if you drop the clutch to get a good reaction time it kills the overall time. You can put a compressor on them and they are fast, but put a 671 on a 350 and it is faster. I love my chicken cookers, but my northstar is so much faster it make it look like a toy!!!

Thanks,

I just wasn't clear on if this pattern was the same as the stock TH125 and it looks like it is.

Am I correct in that thought?

Sweet....

This subject just got saved to favorites and my usb drive!!!

If anyone has the a dimensioned drawing for GM 90 V-8 it would make a great addition to this thread.

Another possibility might be Porsche Getrag
