Built a new air diverter and attached under car just in front of radiator intake. Made out of garden edging material. Took some shopping to find material that was thick enough. Most edging was really thin flimsy material. Brand name is "Warp's Easy Edge". Had to do some trimming to the rounded edge in order to get the forward angle correct. Sandwiched trimmed edge between undercarraige and that long strip of metal. Came out better than I expected, although because my car is lowered 2" it does scrape occasionally. I will have to trim about 1/2" for more ground clearance.
