1. Same thing because... (not sure if Holley sells these anymore)
2. Same iron heads for the Fiero 2.8L vs. the Camaro/Firebird 3.4L engines (93-95 years).
3. I think the Crane H-272-2 has the highest lift. You will need new springs if you go bigger than Comp Cams 260H.

There is a thread here somewhere showing 2 built 3.4L engines, one FI and one carb in a side-by-side comparison.

1. There are 2 intakes that will hold a 4-bbl carb. The Offehauser and the Edelbrock. They will fit all 2.8L/3.1L/3.4L with cast iron heads.
The Offy isn't made anymore and can be hard to find one. Edelbrock still makes one and it is available thru Jegs or Summit Racing. They are sold in parts. There is the base and the riser. The reason being you can buy a 2-bbl or a 4-bbl riser. The 4-bbl is designed for the Holley 390 CFM carb which is still available.

2. The heads on a 2.8L from a Fiero and a 3.4L F-body are the exact same large valve H.O. heads.

3. Cam size depends on how radical you want to go. Crower makes some very nice cams. Crane made some nice cams as well but I am not sure what is available from them. They shut down a while ago and they are suppose to be back open but rumor has it they are discontinuing a number of cams for various engines. A cam similar to the Crower level 4 or the Crane H272 would be a nice cam for decent power.

If you do a search for "Oreif" and "3.4L carb" You will find lots of info on doing the conversion as well as info on the carb'd 3.4L I built that made around 230hp normally aspirated.
