The wheels on the '88 are scraping a bit while turning. I'm considering a 5mm wheel spacer to move them out enough to stop that, but I'm worried about the wheel studs. Anyone point me to some extended wheel studs, or give advice on running the spacers without?
Thanks!

I agree with Archie. I use the Dorman 610-323 wheel studs in my Fiero, because the Grand Am brake swap needs longer wheel studs. Like Archie mentioned, these wheel studs are 5mm longer than stock, which is exactly what you're looking for.
You mentioned non stock rims; if you are using the type of lug that goes into the rim and not the stock type cone shaped lugs, you may not need to get longer studs. Measure it before you buy new studs.

you may be hitting the lower control arm. if so, all you need to do grind a little of it off, I had this same issue, and after I removed the rim, the rotor, I could see that I was hitting the LCA, but only in the turns. It was a simple fix.

Were these studs bull-nosed? I needs some slightly longer studs for track use and have always found bull-nosed studs advantageous. Seen pics of these studs both ways. Thanks, Don
