Okay I want to run E85 on a turbocharged 3800 setup. Is there anyway to safely do this or does the entire fuel setup have to be replaced with stainless or something?

Also what fuel pump would I need for the 3800 and E85, what injectors should I run (I'm assuming like 80lb or higher?) and anything else I need to address.

I think that the biggest problem will be the plastic and/or rubber seals on the fuel system. Some retuning may also be necessary to optimize performance. It is my opinion that you may also have issues running a turbo 3800 on E85. I have a supercharged 3800 SC Series III and a couple of turbo cars in the stable and all of them require premium fuel to minimize knock.

If your fuel tank is in good shape you should be fine.
I would replace any 25 year old hoses.
You need a E85 compatible fuel filter.
Wideband o2 sensor
80# injectors will be great, I need to change my 65#'s for 80's soon. 60's will get you to about 500whp on E85 @70psi
Fuel pump...well...I've ran E85 for the past 1.5 years and the only issue i've had, has been the fuel pumps.
I have a thread here on it. https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/106878.html
The fedex man is bringing me the DW300 tomorrow

The pcm IPW's will need to be tuned
3800's run great on E85
E85 has 105-110+ octane and spools the turbo faster.

So far its been kicking ass. I think it has stretched out my 60# injectors, making more pressure. I still can't speak on longevity yet though.

I absolutely love E85. Turbo+E85 is a match made in heaven. If they ever stop providing it at the pumps I would buy ethanol by the barrel.

LOL yeah in my buddies EVO it made a world of difference. Pushes 35 pounds of boost and makes 500 wheel horse with a slipping clutch.

It wouldnt last long on 80lb injectors... I am running 105#'s at 80% IDC without any chance in hell of holding pressure on a single DW pump (I have 2 DW pumps now, the other one just forgot to turn on once)... I would give 80s a bit of room, but it wouldnt really work that well when you started to push the 80s out... dual pumps (probably not dual DW pumps) would be your next best option if you needed more than 6 60# injectors.
