When I Try To Turn On My Headlights The Lights Turn On But The Motors Don't Push The Lights Up Every Time. I Usually Have To Turn Them On And Off Between 2 And 6 (Sometimes Even 10) Times Before The Motors Turn On And Push The Lights Up But They Are Turning On Every Time. I Can't Seem To Locate A Short In The System So I Was Wondering If Anybody Else Has Had To Deal With This Before.

Also, My A/C Unit Is Doing Kind Of The Same Thing. Sometimes It Just Randomly Decides To Work And Other Times It Won't No Matter What. Also, Every Time I Push A Button On The Stock '84 Cooling Interface There Is A Loud Clicking/ Grinding Noise For A Moment. On Occasion The Blower Will Kick On And Others It Won't Work. Anything I Can Do??

Thanks Guys

That is a lot of weird electrical issues. They can often be caused by a bad grounds.

Make sure you have 3 good grounds on the car.

Battery >>> Frame >>> Engine >>> Battery

You can check the ground by starting the car and turning everything electrical on. Then use a voltage meter to check for the voltage drop across a ground. Be VERY careful around an operating engine. You don't want to lose any fingers. If you find any voltage drop of more than 0.1 volts, then put in a new ground cable of a thicker gage.
