Well today Jsocha and RossT got together to inspect Jeff's new black Texan 86gt, and RossT's friends Lambo.. stretch kit. It's been about 5 months since my last update and much of the car is back to gether. A wheel alignment has been done, and the car is now driveable. The cops even got into the action by promptly giving jason a ticket while he was trying to calibrate his speedomiter in front of the shop. Something about driving an unsafe car??? Does this car look unsafe to you guys????

That front wing was a factory option, you just dont see them very often. Its like $4,000 extra. It looks great, I may even be doing one myself soon. I can see getting stopped-no lites, no glass, no tag. Id say he was lucky they didnt impound it or make him tow it home. Dont forget to post some finished pics.

Maybe they,(the police), thought it would be unsafe for THEM in a high speed chase! They just wanted to ticket it while they could, you know before it is finished, and being driven daily? Nice job, what a tremendous amount of work! Be sure to post some pics, after it's completed. What paint is it going to get?

Have a good one!

Nice Car but that nose wing is FUGLY!

I'm thinking about doing a Diablo kit with a longitudinal mounted LS1 and Porsche 5 speed.

Just need 4,000 more and I'll have enough for the body kit.

RossT, thanks so very much for Saturday! My turn next time I'm down and hopefully your wife will be able to join us next time along with my wife.

Won't be able to make it down this coming Saturday. Have to head across the highway to our neighbors house for an October Fest party they are throwing that I forgot about. Plus the wife has to work Sunday.

Doug's having a kegger in his garage and wanted me down as well, but I won't be able to make it for that either. His sister in law is getting married this Saturday, outside, down by the river (brrrrrrr! THAT IS GOING TO BE COLD!) They are throwing the reception in Doug's garage afterwards.

And here I needed a good bender! LOL!

Now I have to stay sober at my wife's friends party...
