The odds are just stacked against me too high. I am having lots of problems pop up all of the sudden since I put a lot of miles on so fast...bad alternator, left axle is finally giving up, and select cable is seizing up. On top of all that, on my way to Flint I hit traffic that slowed me down about an hour. I'm super bummed I couldn't make it today, I tried really hard to work it into my schedule. Oh well, I'm sure nobody missed me! I hope you all had fun.

I was there me and Dr.D walked around for a bit. WOW some REAL nice cars. I have never been to a show before so i was kinda blown away. I didnt get to meet any body. I guess with out my car i felt out of place but i reconized some faces and i reconized ALOT of the cars. I was the tall guy with the white Polo Style Michigan Fiero club shirt on and a blue boston red sox hat on. And Dr.D was with me wearing kahkis and an Orange polo style shirt on.
I took some footage but not much. ill try to put it up ASAP. I had fun but for some reason i felt out of place

I'm so bummed! I got stuck in traffic on the way up and was too late to see the show. All I saw was one lone formula left sitting under a tree. I did see some nice Fieros in the parking lot, but nobody around to talk to or anything. But luckily I happened to pass Cal Kid going the other way and I nearly wet myself. Man that's a nice looking machine. Oh well, me and the Mrs just ran over to the outlet mall in Birch Run and made the best of it. Saw several more Fieros running around over there. I must say that every one I saw looked very nice. I think we're representing our little cars very well.
Hopefully I'll get to see some more local cars at the fun run at MIS next month.
Traffic was insane both to and from the show. I was proud of my little car, though, she never ran a tick over 200 degrees despite the multi-mile-long backups.
So that was you Hartz: thats low_keys car on the left, FieroJoes in the midle and fieromaster88's car on the right, we saw your car as you pulled in but time we got there you were gone, we did see your engine through the decklid though, looks real nice.
Uponramps:was cal kid there? we didnt se him
Phool:What happened man i was looking all over the place?
Thanx Randy

Aw, man, I'm sorry. Would have loved to meet some more folks. I saw all those Fieros and got excited and rushed over to see them! There were some great looking cars there! I saw lots of cars I knew, but most folks were away from their vehicles, it seemed.
I didn't see CalKid, either!

I was there, left early about 2:00pm, I was parked way over to the right under the tree's, traffic was on the 23 was slow early and looked real bad as I was headed home. I ran with 'phool' for the last half of the trip, good show with lots of nice cars.

I saw Cal Kid heading down the road toward Heritage Park at about 4:00pm. It was him unless somebody else has a bright yellow GT with a whale tail and fender badges.

Yep, got the car out of the shop at 3:15pm, doing 85 to 90 heading up didn't get me there any quicker!!!

Thanx Randy

I had a great time at the show except for the drive home I hit a woodchuck with my car and I busted the front chin spoiler and it was a mess. I will have pictures by tomorrow I think.

Me and Dr.D saw California Kid and you Randy in your Blue 85 GT. We were at the minature golf course that has the go carts and bumper boats. I lost that game
I had a great time! I've got lots of pictures to post and will do that soon.
I'm sorry I only remember the winners from a couple classes, mainly everyone I recognized from the forum. Graham Cardoza (sp?) won stock 88GT. Kaz placed in his class and Chris Moore won an award. Wild_86_Custom took an award but I don't know the whole scoop on his. I took 1st in custom daily driver, FieroLisa took 2nd and also won a member's award, 3rd was Bob Holtz.
Nashco, I was looking for you at the show, good to hear you made the trip back. Hartz I saw your Fiero but missed ya.

D have his regal there(the silver one) i thought i saw it, i didnt see u at the show, i was parked with low_key, fieromaster88, hurley kid, fierojoe, and some others on the far end of the park. Did u se all those bikes at the resturant, think if 1 of those fell over(dominos) that would be funny to watch

Some very nice machines there. The second pic shows Bob Cumpson's burgandy, supercharged, Wet N2O, 3.8 vette killer. That car is sweet. Not positive, but i think it's close to 500hp on the bottle.
Keep the pics rolling

Hi George, It's too bad you could not make it down with us. Here are a few pics that I managed to get. Bob won Best of Show and Lothar won 1st place Custom, Aaron won 1st place in Daily driver Modified(He beat out Kaz's widebody V8), Miriamme won 1st in the Track class. Not a bad showing for the GTA Club, Eh.
I too had a great time! I wish I would have known it was you Hartz that was right next to me taking pics! Oh well, some other time!
Lots of nice cars, but unfortunatly our little group over there in the shade by the river were the only ones about 20 years old (I'm the youngest at 18). All of the other MFC members and stuff are all older. It would have been nice to meet some people who would like to talk about something else than how much money they have into their cars just to not drive them and enjoy them.
Either way, it was still fun hanging out with everybody as it always is.
Can't wait for the next Michigan "meat"! Brent?
Some pics:
The beautiful N20 3800SC engine again!
A nice V8 and a very clean engine compartment:
Nitrous injected super duty 4; The owner was claiming 4.0sec 0-60's before the bottle, and 486HP on the bottle. Nice engine, but I don't think that nice. Sounded like some bs'ing going on.

I just thought I would let everyone know there is no bs'ing going on with the superduty. Rodney Robinson doesn't joke about that car. He had all the fuel injection custom made for that motor and had to be highly modified to make everything work. If you talk to more of the people in the Michigan Fiero Club that know rodney the can also back that his info is correct.

It was pretty fun met some new people, but towards the end the sun was doing a pretty good number on me or maybe it was the fact we woke up at 4:30 that morning.. JOSH! haha, all in all good show!
ok ok I was informed it was the "Meat Master" Brent hehe
