yea, i did get those panels from that guy on ebay (florida guy i believe). I don't know how to "judge" them, because i haven't seen other competition rockers, but compared to the other kits i have, these score the lowest "ranking" of them all. Once the fine work is done, they will look great i'm sure, but other than that, they are mediocre right now.

That guy make's crap!! He has been under a few different name's... "Outlaw Performance" and I forgot the other one... Good OL' Outlaw! Alot of people have said that they paid for stuff they never recieved. I also got my side scoop's from him, they were just regular scoop's that I HIGHLY modified.
Smooth!!

if you dont mind can you tell a little more about the quality of the panels, are they thin or just rough on the outside??? i am trying to figure out were the problem area is. for $250. and a little work or $400. for some good ones.
smooth, thanks for the heads up! does that mean you are going to whip me up a set, smooooth style??

they are thinner than i would have expected, and are pretty much smooth. as for quality, you can definetly see where this guy "patched" parts of the panel with some kind of tape or something. definetly can be dealt with with sanding. I'd say i put about 10 minutes into each side making them smooth, and getting the rough edges out. For 250 bucks, they were definetly worth; 400 bucks for the same thing, just made by a company is not worth it, in my opinion.

yea there is a blind spot, but i guess you're just gonna have to get use to it, or try to look through your side windows instead of the back one for now on. I was kinda annoyed at first, but you get use to it.
or what you can do is get the window scoops with the lexan in it (aka a small window), that would help reduce the blind spot if you're really worried.

Coop, Here's what I did with my sail-scoop's... I designed something and just cut it out! Later, I will fill with lexan or plexiglass. Still need's a lil' re-shaping, but will be cool when finished!!

It looks really nice Coop9200! I first thought that the side scoops where just the same as the Fieroshop (http://www.fieroshop.com.au/shop/ezistore.cgi?page=AUS001&type=&frame=&cart_id=139538_82811) but your airintake scoops seems a bit bigger than the ones at the Fieroshop, or am I seeing wrong? Im planning doing just the same things myself with the side scoops and the F355-facia, but I havent decided wich scoops to buy or wich facia to buy (Pisa or Fierobobs).. And also the shipping is a problem, just shipping the facia to Sweden seems to be about $600...

o.k. revin, i will race you for $250.00 plus shipping of rocker panels, or better yet i think i will email the guy with the rockers and see if he will trade me for a 5 speed out of a '88 formula. oh wait!!!! your 3800sc isnt even your car, what are you going to do put bigger wheels on that engine stand and push it? LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!
do YOU like apples???? how do you like them apples????
I just mailed the ebay guy for the side scoops, $250 is a good price, much better than what I have seen so far and they look bigger than most of the other scoops I've seen. A bit of smooothing is always calculated for when buying fiberglass-parts.
wow, i really like that blue. i was thinking black, but now that i saw that blue, i think i want to do that color. The parts, i got from companies like Pisa, and some guys on ebay. they are actually of decent quality.

the side vents from that site seem to just be vents, and not the ground effects also. that's why mine look differant from those. I've never heard of fiberbob, but it seems that pisa is the best place to go to get the front fascia.
If you liked my photoshop blue- check out a "real" blue one from Bob @ Twin Lakes Fiero:
And for those that also might be interested, Twin Lakes Fiero has purchased all of Denny Patton's old molds (including the F355 nose & I believe IRM-type rocker kits), and he is now making/selling the parts... do a search (using "F355 Twin Lakes") and you'll find a few threads with more info. (not to say that there is/was anything wrong with Pisa or guys on ebay... just another option )

Well, I believe the ground effects are included?
"2 X Lower door skin replacement panels from the body moulding down ready to bolt and clip on.
2 X Lower sail panel replacement panels with scoops.
2 X Lower front fender GT groud effect replacement panels (if GT style fitted)."
But still the ebay-kit is cheaper though.
Of what I have heard the molds that Fierobob uses are very high quality and the F355 facia costs $395 (its generation 4). Only got very positive comments about Twin Lakes Fiero parts if someone is thinking of buying a facia from Fierobob. (http://localline2.com/~fierobob/)
Well, if you did get them from the previously known "outlaw performance" be carefull. They've taken alot of good folks cash and run with it from what I've heard.
