Unfortunately due to various delays I got to the 20th late. Real late. Like 5:30pm Saturday!!
Anyways, the 4 seater Fiero. Who made it and why hasn't anyone made another one? I want one of those!!! Or do I have to make it myself? Lord knows I have enough parts!
You answered your own question. That was a prototype, built by GM. It was a styling project. And yes...the only way to get one would be to build one yourself.

Okay then, can anyone teach me how to weld, fiberglass, paint, and whatever else I may need? Im not in a big hurry. I just need it for the next Fiero show. Anyone? (lol)
Somebody has attempted to make one and I'll be damned if I can remember what his name is or even PFF name for that matter.( I could recognize his face though) I talked to him quite extensively about it and he actually had pics of it. The one thing I do remember for a fact is, that he sold it to Chester and as far as he knows he still has it. Maybe we should aske Chester to resurrect this project, or have someone buy it from him and complete the work that was started on it. Hope this little bit of info helps you.

The 2+2 concept was too dang small. I shoehorned myself in the back and couldn't get the drivers seat to lock in the upright position because my knees were lodged in the back of the seat, and yes the drivers seat was already slid all the way forward.

Now that is foul. The real tradegy is it looks like a couple 88s were sacrificed for that abortion.
I guess opinions are like a$$holes, everyones got one...and they all stink...
That's one thing about this forum that's starting to grate on my nerves. The car is obviously NOT FINISHED. Took a lot of time and talent to get it to the point it is. But then, I should just consider the source. Oh, and yes, I still have it.

FieroFreak00, that 4-seater was mine and yes I sold it to chester, it was NOT to 88 coupes they were 2 87 se's, I wanted it to look like a 88 so it had 88 rims and 88 beechwood interior, I gave him all the drawings I made and all the pictures of it step-by-step, and I had never seen the prototype in person until the 20th and man it made me think of my old one chester now has, the prototype answered alot of questions for me, that I had. I made mine longer because all the articles in Witzinbregs book said only a SMALL child could if in the back, thats why I made it longer infact myself (6ft 2) can fit in the back. The reason Pontiac made the 2+2 was to see if you could strech a space frame and still maintain it's strength and as you see it could and from this experiment you have the Transport minivan, thats why they made it, it was never made for a possible 4 seater production. Hope I answered all you questions.
