Hey there everybody,

I shot a videotape at the 20th and rather than just squirrel it away for myself, I realized afterwards that I could use it to help the Pennocks website. I'm not making any money from this when you factor in my time--this is simply my way of saying thanks to Cliff. I've learned a lot from this website and I want to help support it!

ABOUT THE DONATION:
A $5 donation to Pennocks will be made for every copy purchased. Donations will be made immediately upon payment for each copy.

ABOUT THE VIDEOTAPE:
1. The tape was shot on high-quality digital video, but your copy will be a transfer to VHS (NTSC standard). Sorry, I can't convert to DVD or other formats!
2. It is about an hour long.
3. It is not "professionally edited" and there is no musical accompaniment or anything fancy. It is raw video just as I shot it.
4. It includes footage from the Waterford Hills races, but most of it is from the show at the Marriott. Bird's-eye views from the ninth floor of the hotel, tons of individual cars, the judging lanes, and of course all nine of the GM special cars plus the last Fiero manufactured are included.
5. The videotape includes LOTS of digital still images (with audio).

ABOUT PRICING:
1. United States addresses: $20. This includes shipment and the donation.
2. Canadian addresses: $30 Canadian dollars. This includes shipment and the donation.
3. For other countries please contact me and I'll figure it out.
4. Payments are via www.paypal.com

HOW TO ORDER (OR FOR ANY QUESTIONS):
Please private message me with:
1. Number of tapes you want.
2. Shipping address.
3. Your e-mail address.

THANKS ALL!

Is this the footage they were showing at the banquet? I was a little bummed out that whoever shot that footage neglected to show any of the cars on the other side of the hotel near the judging lanes.
There were a lot of nice cars over there and the only footage was a couple of quick shots of cars in line for judging

No, this tape is unrelated to anything shown at the banquet. This tape was all shot by me. I couldn't attend the banquet so I don't know what they showed.

Nice of you to offer to help Cliff out. Looks like you will have lots of competition tho, since you are about the 4th person I've seen talking about selling vids of the CFOGi 20th Anniversary..

Yes, but I'm not in it for the money. This was really an afterthought as a way to help support the forum.

By the way....Cliff....PM me your shipping address and I'll send you a complimentary copy of the tape. Please note that it is in the NTSC standard, so make sure you have an NTSC-compatible VCR. If your VCR is in the European PAL format it won't work, even if it's a VHS.

I have 7 digital tapes full of footage including those up on top like Boomtastics pro-street, and some of the judging including following a few of the judges as they actually judged some Fieros

As you just can't have enough footage of the 20th, I want to order one of your videos
Especially as it has the bonus waterford footage which we did not make it in time to go to

I was the one showing the video at the banquet. It was raw footage that has not been edited in any way, so the quality of the Commemorative DVD will be much much better. I have footage of the cars on the other side of the lot by the judging, but it is on a seperate tape. It was actually the first "show" footage that I took. I tried to get good footage of EVERY SINGLE CAR AT THE SHOW! I'm sorry that it didn't get shown at the banquet, but I have over 11 hours of video of the event and I grabbed the most relevant tape I had, to entertain people while they ate. I gave up dinner to make everybody else's that much more enjoyable!

WOW, 11 hours and no dinner. That is to be commended. I was in no way ripping on you, just bummed not to see my car in the banquet footage. I fully understand not being able to edit with that much footage. You did have some nice shots from what I saw and if you are making the DVD I am interested. I gave you a + for you hard work on the DVD!

Hey Darius,

I also would be interested in purchasing a copy of your footage as well.
