These views are shot along the sides of the car, showing the body contours.
For full resolution versions (around 660K), go to: http://f1.pg.briefcase.yahoo.com/fierobear Pictures are organized in folders

Now I know why perspective is so important
Enjoy my 1.5 hours of composite image grafting.
BTW if anyone is interested I have a larger image file.

Beautiful! I was hoping someone who knows Photoshop would do that. Email it to me if you have the chance. Don't worry about the size, I have DSL.

No... it took 1.5 hours to get everything into proper perspective.
The ruler on the ground helped but it was not perfect because of very subtle changes in the camera angle that caused distortion.

When I did it, I figured it would be best to take the center third or half of each picture, as the lens likely causes distortion.

Bill gets an A+ from me for the composite. Now, if you can somehow just keep building the car into a 3D model that we can all drive ...

Yep This composite was by far the easiest I have done because of the number of pics, ruler and even rocks on the ground. Unlike some others I have done where there is a wider angle. You done good
If you noticed the antenna for example. one pic shows it clearly but another pic does not because of the angle, they covered the same area on the ground but not on the car.
WOW! these posts are falling off page 1 in less than a day and in some cases less than a few hours!
Oh and I couldnt help but notice there are 19 feet in the picture.

They aren't the kinds of posts where there will be a lot of discussion, thus they fall off. They are there mostly to be seen.

Yep, 19 feet, all mine! Wait a minute, feet are supposed to come in pairs. I'm missing a foot somewhere.

Yowza, 84Bill. Nice stuff. If you have the time or the inclination, you could do that with the side views, as well. I was thinking of doing that, but you seem to have it well in hand.
GoldSE, your links are quite welcome, thanks.
