Including all:
# of registered cars
# of registered cars that didn't show up
# of judged
# of non-registered (estimated)

I've heard several numbers mentioned but nothing OFFICIAL from CFOGi or the MFC.

The show was an enormous success ... as in we had a GREAT turnout !!! As a result the accounting for the show is a fairly large task in and of itself. Details to follow ....

I was there with my 86 GT but I didn't register for the show. I just don't care to have my car judged and with all the beatiful cars I would not have been any competition for them anyway. IT WAS A BLAST. I hope we have another next year.

I had a great time on the caravan trip up. Certainly made the time pass a little easier. Three GT's lookin' my-tee-fine! Our own little highway beautification program! Now, about those Michigan roads...

Don't forget the "zing-PING!" when the front shock bolts fall out, then the clank-klunk-clank-klunk of the broken shock.

Yes, I was in a rental and I still felt bad fo r the car driving it over those roads. Can they legally call them roads?

And I thought the road construction around here was bad...

When I got home the sterring column got torn down to get the lower 4 bolts pulled, cleaned and tightened up. They were just a little loose when I started out. Got so bad on the way home I didn't shut off the car as the rod for the starter got too short to work! None were in threads upon arrival home and I didn't even get to the "bad" roads. I think that they have improved the quality of roads over the past several years!
Still a great time!

What about the Lights at the intersections in MI? BtotheB, Nick and myself where confused with the flashing red light! We'd be at an intersection and all lights are red, when they changed, you get green light to go through the intersection and a flashing red light for turning. When we first noticed this, we had the right of way through the intersection but didn't know if we could make a turn. HUH?

You think Mi. are bad, they put speed bumps,Ha Ha on the N.Y.Turnpike,Rt 90.They took the steering wheel wright out of my hands every time we went over them.I Also hit a real bad pot hole in Troy N.Y.I think I may need all new bushing up front, and realindment.BUT the roads in Canada were just great. So most of the ride was good.Russ.K.
