No scanner here either...
but I did get my hand on a copy of it.

Nice surprise...thanks for pointing it out for me Tcat.

Would of never thought they actually go thru with publishing the car though.
The press photograph actually hung out for quite a while too,(20 -30 min) promised to come back the next day,
(Ran out of space on the cocktail napkin )
but never did.

Dave.... You need to host your pics on your own webspace now to save cost on bandwidth. Just insert your own file URL between the brackets instead of Cliff's.

Thumbs up to Tina for getting in there.. just wished the editors had decided to post some better pics of the car.. (not that there is anything wrong with Tina) but that pic does zero justice to her car (which is almost a rolling piece of art)

And no credit to the poor tortured soul who spent countless hours replacing transmissions and losing sleep keeping it running?

Naw ...way too darn many pedestrians.
Talk about a traffic jam.
(Hot and slow enough to make things melt in the engine bay).
He did mention that the combo of girl and a really big motor was a bit of a scary thing to him.

Haha,... jut got done with just that.
Once again.

The guy ended up talking to me for quite some time, problem was the only thing he had to record things on was a napkin.

There was quite a bit of info lost ...
It would of been nice to get a bit of free advertising for Eric's shop in the article and credit for being the mastermind behind it all.

Hey Tina, is it possible to get your car on Hot Rod Television. Hot Rod Television is on Spike TV every Sat. You already have a connection with your current Car Craft mag guy and Archie's car was in a mag also. So far I have never seen a Fiero on the power block television. Maybe that guy could make the right calls and spice-it up a little, stating to the host(s) of the show..."its a woman with a very bad engine in her car". It can't hurt to try right? Besides your car would get more attention due to the engine alone, not to mention the gauges inside and exterior paint. We need all the Pontiac excitment we can get out here in CA.

Hehe ... wish granted...
Well at least partially
(Hot Rod Show on Chigago cable to be aired soon, or so I was told)

Funny you say that, I believe it was Archie's doing that got me an interview with the moderator of the cable show.

The guy from CarCraft don't think would be much of a help though,
don't remember his name anymore and really no way to get a hold of him either.

Tell you what
once that show in Chigago airs and I get my hands on a copy of it, you get me the contact info, I will send a copy of the CarCraft mag article, the tape of the show and we will see what happens.

Tina
BTW Usually not a big fan of the fastbacks, but yours ....hmmmm
You just might have changed by mind about ever owning a fastback.
Very, very nice car.
Oh of course the part about it being silver doesn't hurt either.

To get on Hot Rod TV you just have to be lucky- again be in the right place at the right time. My car had about 1.2 min of air time back in 99 even though it was red at the time.
