There is a sample installation guide on their website for a different car, doesnt seem to difficult to install. Although I would also think it takes longer then they say unless you have some mechanical skill.

I am looking at doing this mod when I get my fiero, it is by far one of my fav mods. I will be attempting to install them myself.

I bet after Madcurl shows his car in Daytona next month EVERYBODY is going to want to know more about these hinges. They are kind of $$$ but you can't beat the coolness factor.

I REALLY want to get these, I just wonder if it's true that they "Bolt right on" and no re-painting is required.

I wonder how much of the door you need to take apart...

I don't mind paying $$ for the kit, As long as it works.

No repainting required........although one could paint the inside area and bottom of the door due to the Lambo hinges exposing it. The hinge is painted to the original color of the car. The company that did my car is Car Excess. Talk to Ian (the owner) for more details.

hehehe..........I only seen the pics. I been in 4-5 different cars when I was in FL. A prowler, Eclipse, and new 350Z. I had no problem with the door when getting out or in. In CA I've been in a least 3 Decah conversions however, they were imports.

Just come to the Daytona show,........."seeing is believing." Thats why the cars is in FL, so that others can see it before I take off...going back to Cali.
