Beck (Her86GT) and I were out at the track for the first time this year since all the changes to her car over the winter. If you did not see the build up thread it is here https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/023354.html

She did a total of 11 runs tonight in 3 hrs.

4 12.9 sec runs
5 13.0 sec runs
1 13.1 sec runs that I did
1 13.2 sec run was the first pass of the evening that I did too.

Her quickest speed was 107.21 mph

Temperature was 20 deg c
RELATIVE HUMIDITY 83%
DEWPOINT 15°C
PRESSURE 101.66 kPa

Her car was 1 of 50+ cars and gained alot of respect, It was nice to here non fiero people taking about fiero's in a positive way. So we now have another 4.9 in the 12 sec club, Good job Beck!

Pete

1.8 but mainly 1.9 - I need better rubber. It just doesn't hook up very good right now with the new rims and tires.

Pete/Becky:
Those are real nice 1/4 mile ET's. I've always said that forced induction works wonders. Do you feel that additional mods will provide further gains in the 12.9 ET or do you believe that you have the HP maxed out? I'm not real certain as to the capability of this engine as I've never worked on one, but in essence you've taken a low reving engine designed for smooth luxury highway driving and converted it for performance. I would imagine that since the engine is fairly lightweight, you have also experienced no negative impact in the handling. It took some time for you to get there but it looks like you've now got it all . Great job.

Thanks, But Rockcrawl is the tuner - I am the builder.

I believe we will sink lower in the numbers with some more tuning. I am hoping for 12.6 by the end of the summer but then we were only really wanting a sub 14 sec car last year
