I just got home from a small trip to Eleanor, WV where a nice White 88 GT automatic with 4069 miles on it. It's been sitting in the same place since 1989. It's had one trip to Myrtle Beach and back. He wants $14,500 for it. I offered $2,000 but he wouldn't take it. He will take trades too for it.
Beechwood interior, pm, pl, pd, sunroof, ac, factory tires, everything!! A very beautiful car. He's dropped the gas tank to get the pump changed out and sending unit fixed. I hope what info I gave him helped!! It was a full three car garage with two Monte Carlos, a jeep, a 73 Lincoln Mark 5 a couple harleys and a four wheeler. So the pics are the best I could get!

Next I'll go a mile from my house where a yellow 88 GT is sitting in a garage. I hope to see that one soon!!

nice find matt, i seen a yellow fiero today, looked like a race prepped fiero, on a trailor, sitting off edens fork exit, going towards RT. 21, i didnt stop and look at it, but it had a number on each side of the doors, and i dont remember seeing windows on the sides......

maybe we should take a trip up to look at it better.....

That's right near where I work....Buffalo. There is either an '86 or '87 GT on the North side of Buffalo as well. I know of one Yellow '88 GT with low mileage from the Charleston/huntigton area. The owner is in the local POCI club and has had it to several shows in the area. On a seperate note....I pick up my '88 this weekend if all goes well and it would be great to meet the rest of the WV fiero owners at some point. I look forward to speaking with all.

Nice car, there is very few like that in WV. I think the guy you are talking about with the Yellow '88 GT is Bill Muck he is in POCI and has a Mecham T/A and another '60's something Pontiac. It would be nice to have a WV Fiero get together some time. There has been talk about it several times, but we have never made it happen.

Hey JC that's cool we'd like to meet you too. I'll PM you my phone numbers and probably mosh's number too. You can also shoot us an email when your close. I guess you work at Toyota? We'd like to see your 88. Mosh has checked on that 86gt but the owner wanted too much for the condition it's in. The guy in Eleanor told me about it too. The yellow 88GT is the same one that you've seen. He is in POCI and has two or three other Pontiacs that he shows. I just haven't found time to go out and meet him and all.

I'd love to get this Fiero but I don't have enough cash for it. He's suppose to trade it for a 2002 Harley sportster and a 2000 S10.

Matt

Hey Matt. LMK if you come across any nice 88 GTs for reasonable money. I'm kind of looking. Still looking into that 3800SC but he'll have to come down on the price some.

any other WV fiero owners out there????

buffalo is a nice 40 minute drive, very nice road to drive on, especially when there is no traffic enforcement.

matthew

oh the two fieros in north buffalo.... the owner said both ran and he didnt want to sell them, they were sunfaded and needed some work, but were not real bad at all.

Yes, I work at TMMWV. I've wanted to stop and look at the '86, but never seem to leave the house soon enough. I fly out tomorrow night and will hopefully, if all goes well, be back Sunday evening in the '88. I've never done anything like this before, so I hope it turns out tobe a good adventure!
That is a very nice looking GT in Eleanor, and really not a bad price for condition and mileage.
Contrary to some beliefs, I do look for original, low mileage and/or High optioned cars to increase in value.

Looks like its been frozen in time... I don't know how somebody could possibly resist the temptation to drive it.
