I just wanted to see some more pics of Fieros that had the little Camaro lip spoiler instead of the GT wing, I saw one in another thread and it looked great! It makes me think, because I have an 84 Camaro with the little lip on the back, and so I could steal it for the Fiero if the swap wasn't too involved.

I forgot the exact years? However, there at your local junk yard for about $10-15 bucks? You can choose to use the side clip or side spoiler as is shown in previous pic MTA's example.

IMO, it's one of the best alternatives to the stcok wing and much better looking than stock-less wing.

Wow, those all look great. How much work is involved in making it fit the Fiero?

I have made a few trips to the local junk yard and only found one. It has a small crack in it but I think I can fix it. Soon as I can gather some cash I'm gonna go back and get it.

Originally this was Coolcat's idea. I PM'ed him for the info. Here is the quote:

Curley, Sorry for not posting my reply earlier. The spoiler is off a 1982 -1992 Camaro. There pretty easy to find in the junk yard, hope this helps If you have trouble finding one let me know and I can get you one.

This is a '67-68 Camaro spoiler. In the photos, it's just sitting on top of the decklid. Looks like it will only need some very minor modifications to fit the Fiero.

Great pics, but no one mentioned how much work it is to make one fit. I'd really like to know before I start ripping things apart.

Hey, that's my car! (the one with the '68 Camaro spoiler). Madcurl saved me the trouble of posting it.

I haven't got around to fitting it yet, but it looks like it won't take much work. Of course, I'll need to drill new bolt holes in the decklid. And it looks like the bottom edges will need to be "massaged" just a bit to fit the contour of the decklid. I was expecting to have to do some cut/section work, but I don't think it will be necessary.

I'll have more details once it's installed. But before then, I need to finish up the front end work. So it might be a few weeks.

I wonder... could you move the 68 camaro spoiler towards the back so that it didn't stick up so high but went almost straight back? might have to drill a hole for the key or something but I think that would look good on a notch back.

You'd have to turn it around backwards. The front of the spoiler is dished, which would look really goofy if you "flush-mounted" it. The back, however, is flat.
