that isn't a premade insert for the lip i just grafted on a 1/2" peice on an angle and then smoothed it all out... its tricky trying to get both sides to taper out the same... Thanks for the complements more pics will be coming soon

Custom2M4--> you have a pic of your hood?

Hi all,

That looks freakin awesome in primer!! I like the idea of taking it a step further, that little lip infront of the vent is cool!

Nice work! Looking forward to seeing it in person sometime over the summer at a Pete & Becky cruise or a Wednesday Mapleview Mall cruise night in Burlington.

today i blocked the hood all out... its accually pretty straight which is nice... i had to reprime it tho cause there where some chips showing up and I really want a good base over top of the old sunbaked paint. at the same time i primed up my yellow spoiler... its nice when everything is the same colour, and the coloured primer is awsome gives you great idea of what things are going to look like in the end.

Thanks for all the positve feed back guys i Just hope i can get the car all together, painted and on the road for this summer.... i still need to hike the engine out and seal it all up again and put my fancy blue plenum and valve covers on

... Someday I hope to maybe do one of these on someone elses hood

...thanks again
