While traveling in Greenville, SC today, I passed a used car lot and I spotted this Fiero hiding out. Some basic information about the car.

VIN # 1GZPE11R3JP214562
1988 Pontiac Fiero Coupe
Mileage: 126,903
Color: Red
Engine: 4 cylinder
Transmission: 5 speed Manual
No sunroof
No power windows/mirrors
No power trunk release
No rear defrost
Grey interior
Suspension and frame look rust-free from underneath.
Front engine compartment very dirty with leaves, but no rust.
No lock cylinder on rear deck lid.
Mechanic on site claimed that the engine ran fine.
Wanted $300 cash for the car. (I chuckled to myself)

Matt emailed me about getting the car and bringing it up to Charlotte for him, but the only trailer hitch I have is on my Fiero for my mountain bike. My brother has a ZR2 Blazer that can haul the kitchen sink, and he'll be in town Monday and Tuesday. Anyone around me have a trailer or dolly? I remember Kurt saying he had a trailer, I could ask him to borrow that or i could rent a tow dolly. If anyone wants it, I would be willing to help you out, but I'm broke as a joke right now. The guy wanted $300 cash for the car, but I bet if you waved $200 in his face, he would take it.

well ive got the money thats no problem, If we could co-ordinate this so you could tow it up to matt (and matt has something to tow it with) it would work out fine, i could send you the money down and if you could get it cheaper, you could keep whatever you save.

i just want a good 88 rolling chassis with title, and 5 speed trans.

just let me know, and ill keep on MRJ for that
