i would prefer to have projector hi and low beams in the pop up setup. it should make for a short pop.
someone posted a sight that offered individual projector units that had hi/low in one unit. they had a solenoid on the shield that swithed between the two positions. but they cost $250 or so.
ive shopped ebay and found http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7969898808&category=33710#item
there are LOTS for under $100 a set.
would it be stupid to get these, harvest all four projectors and try to mount them in fiero pop ups?
i guess im wondering if there is better units to start with.

I know of 2 sets in existance. 1 is in Europe and no longer being made. The other is in Oregon and the forum member disappeared. Both were custom made, 1 of a kind.

However, Racingman24 has supposedly been working on a kit for a while now.

Here is a link to the Hella units, which use H7 or H9 bulbs or HIDs:

http://www.rallylights.com/hella/90mm_modules.asp

I've seen Contour guys swap the Hella 90mm projectors into their factory headlamps and it produces awesome results.

THOSE lights got some style!

i once worked under editors and hate being corrected, so forgive me, do you mean "that there is not enough width and heigth"?

the pic above makes it look like they will fit, no?
