Well I was one mile from home and it was raining. It was fresh rain so it was oil slick road and as I came to a major intersection with no one really on the road a car came out of a gas station on my left which made me move slightly over then as I was at the intersection { whole time doing no more than 35 MPH} The only other car on the other side of the road started turning in front of me so I moved right and tapped the gas to get ahead. This is when I hit the hump in the middle of the road and was airborne for two almost completed circles. I seen my family and thought how this is the end. I was surprised how much went thru my head in that short time. I seen a large telephone pole and bus booth and figured I was going to buy both but was very lucky. You could see where the car came down and tires started dragging to the curb which folded my wheel over. It stopped quick in the dirt and was still running so I pulled away. The rear end was silly putty and trying to pass me on the left so I looked
out the window and seen the wheel. I limped it home and then felt my neck was pulled a bit.
The best thing of all was my oldest daughter wanted to ride home with me and was very upset I didn't let her. I drove her thru the inside of the mall which they got a kick out of but refused to let her ride home with me. I told her I was worried about people driving stupid in the rain and I wasn't sure how the car would handle. I guess I had a premonition. Captain CutUmUp

At least it looks to be an easy fix. Glad it wasn't worse.

1st very glad you are ok.
2nd with all that power behind these engines, I NEVER drive in the rain or if the roads are slippery in any way.

Reason why?>>>>>see above.

Glad you're okay. Sometimes we take our good fortune so much for granted, a little shakeup gets our attention and makes us realize just HOW lucky most of us are.

Glad you're ok as well! Look at the brightside, a little toe-out helps you around the turns--looks like that thing will take right handers like an SOB
