Well folks, I finally had some spare time today. Double C4, sorry to take so long, it's been a crazy weekend. Please feel free to ask any questions.

I bought Mikes seats durring the christmas sale, and since then have spent about 8 hours putting them together (with help).
Well after church I came straight home and started working.

Background: When I bought the car from Steve Crump two years ago, Corbeau racing seats were allready installed in the car. I still love the Corbeau's, but they were such a pain (literally) and just didn't set the car off like I wanted. Solution: 1 months savings and a christmas sale.

BTW: Mike is one of the best vendors, I HIGHLY recmomend doing bisness with him!

Anyway! Pictures!
12:00- 3:00

My Patient:

Out with yea!

I'm going to miss these seats (Storing them)

Needed to clean these anyway!

Oh how stuff accumlates.

Here's an Idea of what they looked like from the side.

It finally all paid off.

I'm estatic, they are sooo beautiful

I really like the new look. It's more clean, well cut. All I really would need now to make it look better would be sail panels.
What do you think, Corbeau's or Mikes? II'm deff staying with the leather they are so comfy .

I was having a tough decision between the Corbeau CR20's or Mr. Mike's. I went with Mr. Mikes, and haven't regretted it since. I have the bottoms put together, I'm just waiting for some spare time to slap the backs on. I have to put my speakers in there too. Audiobahn ACS2035N's with external crossovers are goin in there, lol.

Double C4: If your reading this. Sorry I forgot about your question. Yes, the Corbeau's used the old tracks with the adapters, so they were fully functional. I Really like the new seats but there is no substitute to the Corbeau's, they are really awesome. I'll put 'em back in someday when I'm at the track after I actually get out of school and really have time to build an engine for it.

Cool, thanks for those pics. The Mr. Mike's seats are defnitely nice but I think over the summer if I can save up enough money I'll buy some black Corbeaus. I still really like them.

By the way, out of curiousity... now that you've had both seats out, which ones are lighter?

LOL, thanks for reminding me, I was going to tell you that. The Corbeaus feel about 15lbs lighter literally!

Thanks, I know. I've tried almost everything short of bolting the old speaker grills back on. They keep comming off. I'd like to perhaps move them and put some non speaker pillers there. But we'll see.
