Here's a Red X that's a bit more interesting (for dog lovers anyway).

I actually have a machined metal Autobots emblem being made for me that will take the place of the front logo. No modifications needed as it will use the same hole pattern.

Im looking forward to seeing the car buffed out, as the paint is only a few months old and I still havent seen the car finished yet myself. But that will change tonight.

Well, here are a couple pics of my car at the car show. I think it came out pretty nice! About 10 minutes after these pics were taken, the rain started dumping and didnt let up the whole weekend.

and just for fun, what the car looked like originally before its rattle-can job and this final real paint:

So did I do good?

Transformers rock! And I like the car. The interior/exterior go really well with each other. I think I am going to start a build thread after Auburn show.

OK Bradster - I'm in shock as is everyone else. You've got a whole lot of explaining to do here like the type of paint and the method you went through to get that finish because I think a heck of lot of guys on this forum would gladly trade in the "elbow grease" for a low cost way of getting a nice paint job!

The car at one point was rattle-canned, but this is a full fledged real paint job now; as mentioned in this other thread I had started https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/065148.html

Ebay has lots of them. Search for either "Autobot emblem" or "Autobot logo". There are metal ones, plastic and decals.

Thanks. The sub box was made by a friend and is a perfect fit. It holds a 10" Pioneer sub and is so heavy and being it sits at an angle, it stay put on its own without being bolted into the car. The other side is a 1.5 cap and a 5-channel Phoenix Gold amp with built in cross-over and all that good stuff.
