Looks good. I ended up taking it off of my car and putting a Dodge wraparound wing on instead. I didn't like how water puddles on the decklid since you just blocked off the low point. Pair that with a mustang scoop, and every time you back up you just dump a ton of water on your engine.

I think the black roof is what is making it look a little wierd. Makes the back look huge. Maybe you should repaint the roof and it will really balance out.

It's the red version of my car.. The wing thats on mine in my sig is right from DGP back in the 80's. It's cool seeing more people doing these wings on Notches.
I was planning on the side scoops also, but ran across a set of the Plastic Mecham side scoops instead.

Actually, I remember seeing your car when BBBAD GT bought it. It was really nice then, and I'm certain that you've made some major improvements, since. Even before the spoiler.

Yep quite a few changes, and a few! dollars spent but I started off with a pretty good car, I have had it now for 7 years bought late July of 2001, and I still get a buz driving it, so money well spent in my book.
Hey I think I'm the guy that sold you that. You don't mess around, that looks fantastic!
Yep the you were the guy who sold it to me, it cleaned up pretty good, we had a car show at work last week so I wanted to get the spoiler done for that.

Ah I love this car. I think you should have painted the spoiler black, it would have fit the roof better.
I like the roof clip too, definitely is nice looking. I plan on doing that to mine, as well as painting the strips that run down the sides red, same shade as the car as well. Beautiful car.
About the only thing I'd like to see is the hood, top edge of the front fenders, and top half of the front fasica gloss black (starting the two tone line right in front of the black triangle piece behind the side mirrors) I've wanted to do that design for years andI could see Chip Foose two-toning the Fiero this way. The halo, decklid, rear spoiler would remain red. Edit: Vehicle Wrap could be tried to see how this design works first.

You have been reading my mind !! I have a hood vent and a spare hood that I will hopefully get around to doing soon, and I had been thinking about doing something different like you suggest, not sure how to finish it off at the front though, any thoughts ?? any photoshoppers out there ?
Edit; Check this thread out, Scroll down to BMWGuru orange and black car, but he did the entire top of the car black. For the coupe, I’d only paint the section forward of the halo in gloss black, with maybe silver pin stripping to separate the colors.
Just thinking, you could do a fastback in a similar pattern, but I think the coupe would look more natural because the black fake side windows lends itself to the two-tone break line there. Also, your black tinted moonroof and headlight bucketts would blend into a black and red two tone color nicely. Again, very Chip Fosse-ish.
