Well I went through you other threads and feel like I've been living in a stump. How in the world did I miss all of those other threads. But I do back up my first statement WOW. You made me think more about doing the gauge swap, with out the dash. I would love to see some more pics and info on the dash or if you would be interested in making me that dash mod?
Great Job, Looking forward to more from you, Jesse

I've been there and saw it under construction and Orville is a soft-spoken top notch dude!
He just goes to bed too early. lol
I've got no doubt the quality and planning is top notch and inovative. It has a chop top and does not even have a Fiero windshield. Nice work on both of your Fieros.

@Orville,the car looks very good,i love the side view of the rear end,the choped top was very well done the best i have seen, the mesh on the sail panels are very a very nice touch, grate craftmanship in the front and rear end too,
Nice work and definitely unique I honestly have to say I don't like the front at all but side and rear looks nice. From the side d)oor to back) kind off looks like the new Chrysler 300C to me.
the chop is great along with the slope of the doors - but i honestly hate the front and rear , just not my thing.. still i wish i could do stuff like that
I love the chop. It looks like you didn't stop at lowering the roof.... Did you also raise the top of the doors?
I like the rear. It has a "rollpan" appearance similar to a C5/C6 corvette. But I don't like the tail lights. A butt that big deserves bigger lights.
I don't like the front. The headlights don't look straight, the hood vent is strange, and the random little white lights further distract the eye. I like the rounded approach but not sure if it came together with the rest of the car.
Just some opinions. It's definately a testament to your skill, though. Everything looks like it has been accomplished professionally, and it's given me a couple of ideas...
Orville, It's looks great! A lot of work completed since Dale and I saw it last. The only thing I can't stand in the pictures is the shining sun! In the almost four weeks I've been back in Michigan, I think there's been about 25 total hours of sun along with too many hours to count of rain! Well, at least there's no snow on the ground yet......I would suggest a couple more pictures, both of the front with the headlights in their working position, just one more very creative piece on the car. Hi, Thanks to everyone for your interest and comments. Let me respond to some of them.
falcon fiero, Lambo doors are interesting and look great on Curly's choptop - maybe later.
MinnGreenGT, I've driven it a little and it gets lots of looks. Some guys just about fall out of their cars when I drive by, although I'm not sure what that means.
vwaltdog, It's not PC to make fun of handicaps (just kidding). Anyway, for you and CosVegFiero here are some pics of the lights on.
Curly, Here are some close-ups of the mirror and the windshield. The mirrors are BMW M3 style with led's. I modified the mirrors to move them closer to the car.
Racer_JT, About the instrument cluster, although this could make a separate thread, I'll explain generally and briefly how I did it. I think there are some pics in other threads. > Cut off the IC's mounting ears and brackets. > Cut away the plastic between the bottom, outward curving part of the bezel and the IC. > (This is the hardest part) Using a heat gun, clamps, and a piece of wood, say 1x2, carefully bend the bottom of the bezel towards the IC until it's surface is flat. Too much heat will warp the bezel and ruin the IC. > Glue the bottom of the bezel to the IC. I used JB Weld. > Fasten the IC to the bare Fiero dash with velcrose where it looks good to you. > Make a template of the IC's cowl with thin cardboard in the shape and design you want. > Transfer the pattern to thicker cardboard. > Soak in water to soften and then blot. > Roll the edges of the cardboard and shape and postion on the dash. > After it's dry, remove from the dash and "plastisize" it with two coats of polyester resin, spray with sanding primer, SEM texturizer and color coat. > I guess that's about it - just fasten to the dash with velcrose, screws or glue. > Oh, and don't forget to solder the 30 or so leads coming out of the IC.
CosVegFiero, Dick, you just left and already you're missing the state where 40F is considered cold? Well, hurry back - we'll welcome you.

I just keep wondering about the different front/rear body-styling...obviously you know what you are doing, so I am looking for a reason...why, how etc... ..I imagine this would be an awsome "time" cruiser ...when it passes by you'll see a retro classic shape front morphing into a next century style rearend... I would fall out of the car if I saw that!
