Thanks Frank! We are looking forward to seeing everyone here. I sent notice to several of the Suncoast Fiero guys, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. There is a club meeting at Dave's place scheduled for the 13th, but I'm hoping that the club might decide to make it to the open house. When I was over at the shop yesterday, my brother said he might have the Team e helicopter ready to be on display also. (The Team e Racing motto is: "Anything worth doing is worth overdoing" )
This may be the best December I have ever had! Indy Car event, my girlfriend and I going to Ohio to be with my family for Christmas, coming back to Florida to celebrate Christmas with her family and then my Birthday. I have an exciting month coming up.
P.S. Thats a great motto!

Joe doesn't watch the forum much anymore. He's got a new Charger with mega-dollar custom work and paint. I guess he popped in because I sent him an email invitation.
I want to thank Randy, his brother Neil and all the Crew and family of Team E for hosting this once in a lifetime day. Most people will never get the opportunity to experience something like this and I am honored to have been able to be a part of it.
I got to sit in an actual INDY Car! Were not taliking about a roller car that teams bring to different events for the public to sit in. This is the actual car that Bobby Wilson drove in the 2008 season. It's amazing that while I sat in that car... it was not running or moving but my Adrenaline was pumping faster than I have ever felt it pump before. I was in heaven. The feeling a car like that gives you is just amazing. I can only imagine what it is like to actually do 200+ MPH around a track in a beautiful machine like that.
Now for some pics...
Team E won the 2008 Rookie Team of the Year award.
And they proudly display that on the side of the Hauler.
Outside of the hauler looking in.
Inside looking out.
Top of the hauler where the car rides.
Home of Team E
Randy's Nephews race Go Carts.
And a nice pic of the Car itself.
And the 450hp motor that moves it around
The team photographer took a few pics of me in the car and as soon as Randy emails them to me I will post them.
Thanks again Randy for allowing us to come. It was a day I will never forget.
Jim

I would like to thank all of our friends and neighbors and fans, and especially my fellow Fiero owners that came to the open house. We had over 300 people come through the doors of Team e yesterday. It was a roaring success. Thanks also to our sponsor BergHoff and the great gourmet food they fed everyone. The chef's gourmet special chili was amazing.
The BergHoff owners have said that they would enjoy having a car show now and then and we think it's an excellent idea. I'll be talking with them again soon and will be planning something. BergHoff offers gourmet cooking classes so the wives and girlfriends that enjoy something like that could have a great time along with a car show, Maybe they can even teach a few of us Fiero owners how to boil water
Jimmy didn't tell everyone that we almost had to get a couple of the crew to pull him out of the race car. He refused to budge once he got in it (J/k) I'm really glad you had a good time Jimmy. I know I had a thrill driving your 3800SC Fiero...you know I'm hooked now and we will doing another engine swap soon.

Hell no I didn't want to get out. I was fully ready for them to fire that car up and let me take a spin around the parking lot. LOL Hell, even if they just would have fired it up while I sat there not moving. Someday!
I thank you and Neil again Randy. It truely was an awsome day.
As for your swap. whenever your ready, i'm ready. I told you once you drive one you would be hooked.
