In Zion Illinois there is the annual Nostalgia Days car show, where they shut down a mile-stretch of Sheridan Road (MAJOR road in the county) for the show and a cruise up and down Sheridan.

I had the Formula entered in this show and wasn't expecting this, let alone, another Fiero:

I didn't take many other pics from this show so I won't post a full show report for this one.

COOL! Thank you for the information. Did you get any info on the owner? Was he the one that raced it?

Great stuff. Thank you for sharing.

The owner is the one who raced it, he owns the business the car was sitting in front of.

I think the rear fender flares need to be done a little better. Did the tires really stick out that far to need them?

I saw this car race at Road America. GT2 is the class he was in. Sunbeams with 289s were also in GT2. He hand his hands full plus he was 400-500 lbs heavier.

Looks like a stock 86 SE bumper cover to me, although it looks like he flared out the bottom right in front of the front wheels....not too hard to do.

I met him at the show I found it at last year. That show is coming up this Saturday and I'm guessing he might have it there again.

If he does, could you get some shots of the interior and under the hood? Also, let me know if there's a for sale sign on it

PLEASE GET TONS OF PICS! I love this car! I also race SCCA, though Solo II. . .

I might be changing up the paint scheme originally intended based on seeing this car.

Anyone know what color the blue is?

I've got a new color scheme for the project cooking after seeing this. . .

Just too many orange fiero's out there. I LOVE the orange, but. . . well. . . as an SCCA racer this has inspired me!
