Hello,
When some Ford V6 manifolds were up for sale recently, some of you mentioned that you had used them for your Fiero 3800 swaps. What modifications were necessary to allow these manifolds to bolt up to the GM 3800 engine. Are the mods just clearance grinds, port resizing, or do flanges need to be cut off and repositioned?

I think you have to rotate the center flange. It doesnt appear they flow as well as the stock manifolds though.

On the two outer ports you just need to elongate the mounting bolt holes, on the center one you need to cut it off and turn it then weld back on and elongate the mounting holes as well.
Sounds like a lot of work but it really is not if you have a die grinder and can weld it mis only a few hours work at most.
There is some photos in the link below my sig that show the manifolds. Dan
