I wanted to say hello and let everyone know we have another Fierro enthusiest in Wisconsin. My name is Rich, and I own Aldino Car Company. Some of you have seen my cars at the Famous Wisconsin Dells Run, at Daytona Beach, FL, Carilisle, PA, in Kit Car Magazine and in Kit Car Builder Magazine! We've recently won consecutive, back-to-back "Outstanding in Class," Awards for the two of our Aldino K/O conversions at both the 2009 and 2010 World of Wheels Internatonal Auto Shows in Milwaukee ! Check out my website at www.aldinokit.com Hope to see everyone at events this summer! The Prezz (from Wisconsin Fierro Fanatnics) recomended this site to get in touch with the Fiero Community, I have tons of Fiero Parts-so if you need it, I got it!! You can call me daily at 414+761+6097 for more information or if you need and parts. ------------------ /__Aldino KO__\ [This message has been edited by Aldino KO (edited 08-03-2010).]

Has the Aldino kit been continuously available all these years or did it go away and just come back recently?
Everytime I see one of these I think of Don Kraus' car...which is not a bad thing considering how fast his car was.
I would love to build one, but the reality is that it would be faster, better cheaper to buy one already put together by someone else.

I've been busy building excitement (Kits) and, I've been selling them across the Country and in Canada. And of course, everyone knows Don Kraus' Aldino with the 3800 SC. I've been a very busy person, but I hope to get out to more shows and events this Summer and show off our Award Winning, Black Aldino K/O.

Very nice addition to the fiero rebody world. I would be a little concerned about the price though. That's a pretty large amount of scratch just to get the parts. $35k for a completed car? I haven't seen anything Fiero oriented fetch that price tag for the past year or so. Do the cars have upgraded engines, suspensions, brakes, etc? Heck the Enterra in Canada only went for about $9k and they're among the rarest (sorry guys but the word actually fit there) of these cars (I'm still kicking myself for not buying that car). Maybe I'm off base here, but I'm thinking the price won't mate up with the current economical environment well. Glad to see you on the forums though. Are you guys willing to sell pieces of the kit? Like if someone just wanted the back end, side vents, etc?

Thanks for the kind words. The last Aldino I sold for $35,000 was over a year ago and that one was because he wanted everything new. Rims, Engine, Tires, Paint Job, Interior, Turn Key, Drive it off the trailer and go play! I do sell every part for this car, individually. I work within a person's budget and sell them what they can afford. I'm woking wiith an infividual now who is building a kit one part at a time, this way he can keep driving his Fiero while he is making the change. ------------------ /__Aldino KO__\

There are definitely two schools of thought regarding the Rear Wing and Pedestal. There are people who think it, "makes," the car, and those who believe it looks much better without. I like the look of both, so I build the car so it's removable. ------------------ /__Aldino KO__\

Welcome Aldino,
I always liked your car. Can you elaborate on you dash? Where did it come from? Can we see some close ups? Is that real leather?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Dan,
Thanks, we enjoy the car too. The dash originates with the kit, and comes with the Aldino K/O as part of the conversion. We use a "leatherette" material, and it's the same material used on the Harley Davidson Motorcycle seats here in Milwaukee. I am not sure if the pictures are getting posted, but I'll keep at it.

The dash fits right over the original Fiero dash, and goes in easily in about 10 min. .JPG) ------------------

Aldino KO, Looks great! It looks as though you took out the middle glove box (the one on the firewall). Did you replace it, or just leave it blank with some carpeting cover? Also, I was wondering if that is real leather? Does the leather come with the kit or does an upholstering company cover the cap for you? Cordially, Kevin [This message has been edited by kevin (edited 02-04-2010).]

Kevin, Glad you like our dash conversion. Yes, it IS included with the kit. This picture shows the center glove compartment, as you had mentioned. It shows the glove compartment remains in place, as before and is completely usable. As mentioned, I use a "Leatherette," for the black dash covering. It is a very soft leather-like material. It is very durable and stretches into shape very easily. (Same material as used on Harley Davidson Bike Seats.) The Aldino K/O Complete Kit comes with everything you need, including the dash conversion, that is; 4 dash components, foam, glue, and material in black, gray, or tan (your choice). You must install it yourself, or have it done, or I can get it done for you for an additional charge. The four pieces just set in place and are held in place with minimal attaching hardware. I use double sided tape for the instrument module, and just a couple screws to hold the rest in place. .jpg) ------------------

Hello Mr Ferrari, The link is http://www.aldinokit.comGlad to see you're still turning heads with the World's fastest (in a quarter mile) Fiero I really like the photo shop work on the siggy. Your car looks great. You can almost hear the tires squealing! I'll be unveiling the World of Wheels trophy winner, a Jet Black Aldino K/O at this year's Wisocnsin Dells Run. It has an electric lift that opens and closes the rear deck. I painted the "Lambo" pictured above at last year's event, parked next to your car. Will I see you at the Dells this year?. ------------------

The "Prezz" and I were talking about you.. It was all good untill he would not accept the fact Farve rocks and Packers drool hehehe Don't forget you put the Aldino wing on the Lambo as well I will be at the Dells.. Maybe without the car this time though unless I trailer it.. Maybe I will just drive it though.. Hahaha.. It was a crazy drive over to the Dells and it was like driving a Nascar race car on the highway for a couple of hundred miles each way.. I am excited to see this fancy black Aldino there.. This is good news.. Mark ------------------
