From the 1st time i have ever seen this car i fell in love with it it has smooth yet agressive body lines beautiful in all aspects and street legal. Me and The_stickman2 met up at the new ringold salvage yard for a day of junk yarding than i went back to his house to buy a few parts and next thing i know im standing in front of this little number which almost year later (today) Became my most prized posession.

IwanaIRM you were right I bought the_stickmans IMSA. And i havent even be able to drive it yet and im already in love with it. I have no plans of changing the body from what it is except to maby get an 84 decklid and transfer the DGP spoiler and roof scoop to it. Engine wise.... im still in the woods about this one I would like to do another SD4 but im not going to be able to afford it. so as it says in the title all your suffering is over people i know i put you through hell on my geussing game as to what it is.

Safe to say this one is with me for life.
More pics to come. i had to wash off a lot of dust that she had all over her from 8 years in a garage but the paint is close to flawless it needs some attention here and there but its to be expected.

Anyone taking bets? I'm in.

11 weeks. That's how long he'll have it. No matter what he thinks or feels right now, it'll be gone in 11 weeks.
To up the stakes... It'll be running with a stock used 2.8, but just barely.

The car definitely has potential. I hope you enjoy it while you have it, at least stock 2.8's are torquey little things.

This car visited my house a few times when Niel and Dawn first bought it. Always wanted to buy it but I could never come up with the cash. If you need an 84 trunk lid I have quite a few you can chose from and take home for free.

That Bosch fuel injection system that was on it was unique. Build up a killer 4 banger for it and have some fun. Ask Niel how to do it, He has a great knowlege of them.

I might take you up on an 84 deck lid. I like what Niel did but i dont think im going to need that kind of clearance on it. I'm already in love with this car and have only sat in it about 3 times. Its a real honer to own it.
Thanks for the offer on the decklid. I'll PM you.

My prediction: He sells off the 87 now in an effort to fix this one up. He tries a swap himself, stubs his toe, and somehow cause the car to burst into flames. Afterwards he's penniless(still jobless), crying, Fieroless, and stuck with his effeminate Eclipse forever.

Or it'll make a neat BBQ pit by his garage.

Got her all cleaned up Still need to do a little rubbing on some scuffs but it cleaned up beautifuly
I love the way the rear looks

Stock interior. i dont like it but i have to deal with it.

This is basicley the extent of the damage on the rear. it had been repaired hopefuly i can find a shop that can blend it.

This needs to go

SD-4 (super duty 4 cylinder) but you guys already knew that.

Stage 111 stands for the style IMSA body it is in this case stage 3

They dont like each other.

As soon as i start work on it i will start a build thread.

Had a hard time keeping the cat in the bag on this one. If you thought you got attention with the red car, wait until you drive to the gas station with this one Good find.

Was the widebody kit just added to the standard duke coupe? was the suspension modded? Did it have a sd in it at one time? Was it set up to race? I know, lot of questions, dont know much about these things. I like it!!!

As far as me and niel know it came with the SD4 in it he took it out to work on it and never put it back in
(i bought it without the SD4. i dont know anything about the suspension but it does seem a lot lower than my other fiero. not sure if it was set up to race or not but it did have the SD4 in it so i assume so.
