upon further inspection of them pics. one ??. did this Mera rollover? the scratches on the unbroken slant (drivers side) down to the rear decklid, raises a question from me. later-D
Hey Mike, all I can say is wow! I have got to give you tons of credit for taking on this project and saving a Mera! But in just three weeks, it sounds like you've accumulated lots of great parts to get started. Take lots of "before" pics so we can all drool over the rebuild.
When I asked Sue last Feb if their panels would fit a Mera, here was her reply:

Yes all panels are interchangeable. We have taillights still in stock only a few for the original Mera if you needed a set. We have side quarter windows, and roof spoiler. Let me know if you could be in need of any of the parts. We do have used 1988 Fiero parts that would fit also.
Sue =================================
By "quarter windows," I assume she meant the sail panels.
Good luck! Tom

hello all, thank you for your moral support.... i need it lol. my theory was i needed a wrecked mera to build and repair as the ls2 conversion, the ferrari brakes, and ferrari wheels were going to happen to it if i bought a 20000.00 mera or a 1000.00 mera. so an abused one was a better thought to me. i can customize it without much guilt if i am putting it back together anyways. yes daniel it was upside down in a grassy embankment. they lost control of it on the ice i was told. yes its bad but i have to say it actually held together well for being flipped and sliding 50-60 yards on its lid. it still has the numbers matching v6 and getrag in it. it still starts, runs and will drive around the yard. gonna take the original engine and wrap in plastic and put it on a shelf in my shop for safe keeping. anyhow back to work work work so i can get this thing going. mike in oklahoma
right on, thats a cool story with the flip and it represents the quality built in the panels and secure installation on these cars. they are solid. i have never seen a 'kit" up close yet so I dont know about their "thickness" if you will, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was amazed how solid these sounded with the inital knock test upon my possession. plus us Mera owners have our own "Little Project" going . Dont get me wrong a Fiero is a Fiero..... But our Fiero's are Fiero........ MERA!!!!!!!!!!!! later- Daniel

WHO??? WHAT???? WHERE?????HOW??? Edit;;;whoops.....I see not the important Parts...whewwww.... I just had an Anyerisyum!!!SORRY....disreguard...1st 3 sentances, thanks.....the rest on the other hand .....anybody????
you gotta lean more info bro.. all Mera owners want to know where their original Mera MOLDS disappeared to... worried about counterfiters....especally ME. cuz I can't find my build #. seems the guy i got my Mera from got it from a guy here in MI. so I am close to a pervious owner per say... and the carfax comfirmed this with a title issued in 1998- Bloomington Hills H.Q. of GMif memory serves me correct.(this fact is interesting), problem is that MI S.O.S. keeps records for10 yrs. Pontiac Historical service is an option, 'cept thats $50. with no garrentee of Mera # according to Rodney....anyway I am personally interested in more juicy details if you are willing to reveal.....thanks in advance...Daniel
