Was told there is a thread about it somewhere around here. Anyone know of the whereabouts if it? I was told August 12th 13th and 14th, same place as last year? Looking for more info.

Jeff and much, much, much, "better half" Karla.... (no rum or gummy bears were consumed prior to, or during the posting of this odd message)
Katey and I will not be there this year, sadness! It was a fantastic time but we are getting married on August 8 and by the time Fiero fest rolls around we will have been lounging around on the beaches and fu... well you guys get the idea
Have a good time and we hope to be there in a year!

JEFF! I'll be there, buddy! Can't wait for NWFF this year. Bringing back the always-present '86 SE, but also gonna bring along the '86 GT ChumpCar racer for all to see. I'm gonna need a drink or two (or five) after spending 6 hours in the windowless, nearly exhaustless, cramped race car... but I'll find a way to enjoy it.
See y'all in August!

It's always good to see you, Tony, but this year will be especially meaningful given everything you've gone through.
On a different note, here's my gallery from last year's event. There's a lot of pictures of just my car, or just the Portland group in general, but there's a lot of group shots too.

given those pictures, it looks like I will bring the filthiest car there. I'm registered and hotel booked. It looks like I'm the only Fiero going from BC so far. I'd like to convoy to Richland with anybody from Washington State, Seattle/Bellingham area.

Maybe not... I'm bringing a $500 race car that has seen over 30 hours of endurance racing in the hands of a bunch of amateurs... it's not exactly what most would call "pretty."
Usually ends up being like 25 cars, and just shy of twice that many people. Some folks just show up, and there's a few locals that come out too. Some people don't want to register to show their car, and just come for the experience... so it looks like a decent turnout in the making.
Aw Tony! This is exactly what you need though! Even just a day from all of the drama going on with you. I'm sorry to hear that you're selling your Fiero, that's really too bad. I hope that whoever gets it will baby it and take care of her. How is everything?

Anybody in the Seattle area organizing a drive to Richland as a group? There are two cars from the Vancouver BC area registered and I was wondering if we can join up.

Tony:
I agree with FireGirl. Take the day at least to come out and decompress from the stress. That's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to the trip, along with meeting people.

Dogcreek, Yes, I got the post, and so has Shill! I think we will both be taking our Fieros, and I am soooo excited!! My first car show It's a small one but a car show nonetheless
Also if anyone knows... Shill is already registered, he's going to pay when he gets there. Is there anyway he can add on another car for $20 more (I think it was)? Either online or when we get there? Or do I need to register separately?

I noticed Carol had a metal plate on her wooden plaque. Was told they were supposed to be mailed out sometime last year. Possible mine was misplaced? Where can I purchase a new one?

I believe that Greg has the plaques from last year.
I am heading out on Saturday at around 4 am. I plan on doing the show, then the awards, and perhaps dinner. Dave, Dogcreek's son, is traveling with me. Can't wait to see you there!

Good to hear everybody checking in with their plans. After a chaotic two day dash to replace the clutch in my '86 SE, it is DONE.... it involved working from noon yesterday to 6am this morning, but it sure beats being Fieroless at FieroFest.

Just got home from the drive back from Richland. Wooooo hooo! That was a great weekend. Always great to meet new people, and just as nice to see familiar faces. Had a lot of fun, and didn't come home with a ticket like last year, so I'd call that a success. Now, where's all the photos at?
