I don't know if it's anyone on here but Myself and a handful of people on the Turn10 facebook page have been spamming comments about the Fiero since Forza4 released. It's about time

I believe like 95% of the cars in the game are motor swappable. Of course with our luck this one will probably fall in the other 5% LOL.
It'll be interesting to max out the 2.8 though.
Forza works engine swaps based on other cars in the game that are within that make - we know damn well that we'd engine swap basically anything GM into our cars, but seemingly that cannot be done with Forza's mechanics. This is why there's no engine swap options for the DeLorean - there's only one DeLorean in Forza, so there's nothing to swap from.
BUT, even with that said that means there'll be a couple of engine swaps I can predict will be present from the get go... the LS2 from the GTO, and the Ecotec from the Solstice. Don't think there's anything 3800SC in Forza to pillage from sadly
Wow, honestly did not think this would ever happen! If it weren't for the RROD I'd get a 360 and play the hell out of this!
To my understanding, the 360S Slim models aren't prone to the RRoD - the new board design has both chips in one piece of silicon with a single, large cooler with a single, large fan... or at least, that's how I understand they solved it. The early ones put the GPU almost entirely under the DVD drive with a tiny, measly excuse for a cooler... hence the issues. Blame the lead-free movement... modern solder just can't stand the heat of the components in that generation. iBooks were chronic for desoldering their ATI GPUs too around the same era.
But now we're getting off topic, less excuses more Forza 4!

Nope, now they have the red dot of death, or the red eye of death. IMO there's NO excuse, especially on revised hardware where the problem with the original was well documented.

I'm ecstatic! Finally, after years of hoping, and narrowly NOT being voted into the carpacks in Forza 3, I get my wish for a Fiero in Forza Motorsport!
Looks like I'll have to transfer the "Team PontiAxed" ChumpCar theme onto the real deal. I'll put up the real Huffaker scheme and the ChumpCar one on the storefront as soon as the car is available!

So? Yes they have that built in them, but it doesn't mean it happens nearly as often as the original 360. I bought my 360 slim 6 months ago, and so far it's great! That thing puts out so heat its crazy, my friend down the street has the 360 elite, and he had the RROD once before the current one, and that was after 3-4 years of heavy use. His elite is doing ok with extra fans, but the Slim is just so much better, it's smaller, lighter, and much less noisy. My only complaint is the two touch buttons are too sensitive, but w/e.

Yeap, but I barely touch the buttons so it's all good
My original 360 lasted from release day right up until about six months ago, I suspected it was going to fail eventually so I'd already started putting cash aside for a Slim. At the end of the day, the warranty term covers the scariest time for the unit to fail, and once that period is up chances are we'll be looking at the next generation of hardware anyway.

It's annoying when your cat comes up to it and her nose bumps the eject button while you are playing...scared the crap out of the cat too.

Yeah I have a good few months on the new slim, same deal with the buttons they're ridiculously sensitive..
I have 3 other xboxes before the slim, all died. Two were fixed after the first incidents but ended up dying anyway. The slim is so much more quiet.

Ha! That's hilarious. I've had to train my cat (well, as best as you can train a cat I suppose) to keep away from the corner with all the electronics in it. Too much stuff over there worth more than the cat...

also, i downloaded a typhoon, went to the GMC section to hop in it and there was also the cyclone. this game is just getting better and better.
the inside view looks just like it. i never knew it has the same style of boost tacho like the sunbird. really cool!

Thats funny. I had a cat trained to close the door for me. It took a while and wasn't really that useful but it got me laughing everytime. open the door, drop in disc, call cat over to close it while I sat down. I miss that cat...

I got a 250GB XBOX 360S in March of last year and it's been on greater than 75% of the time since then without issue.
Does anyone know if the download will be compatible with Forza3 ?
Most likely not. If it was I wouldn't have to buy 4 then, but chances are very slim.

Same thoughts here, but I'm so happy they added a Fiero period. Maybe they will have body mods to make it look like a notchie? I still like the fastback.

Wow, the detail on the Fiero for the game is amazing! (Just look at the Nose badge! @WOW@ )
Time to get another 360 I guess, I have 2 here with the RROD.... (One is a replacement under warranty from MS for my old one with RROD) I tried "Baking" them, and that worked for about 10 minutes...
Here are a couple of screen shots from the video:
And the Video (Fiero is at 1:10 in the video)

Finally! I just turned on forza 4 today and low and behold the fiero has made it into the DLC. Now just to see if work schedules me on the 6th or not. I want to play with my fiero all day as soon as I can download it!

"Though fuel efficiency was one of the catalysts that kicked off GM's Fiero brand, by the middle of its lifespan, customers were demanding more performance from the line. In 1988, the Fiera featured significant upgrades, including a new suspension designed to better support the Fiero's mid-engine layout. Little wonder then that with more power and a more focused design, the '88 version is largely considered the best in the Fiero line. As it happens, it was also the last Fiero produced, despite a prototype for a 1990 version being produced. The Fiero may be gone but it's still fondly remembered; a quick spin in Forza 4 is all the proof you'll need to know why. "
Really this is a great thing, I don't have an XBox, and therefore not this game, but I want one now!
I used to play a game called GT legends, it featured cars from the 70's in European races. In that game I drove a Fiat 600 Abarth. I've wanted one ever since.
Imagine now the people that will be introduced to the Fiero, and how many will want to buy one in the real world!
