OK, I have to admit that photo was a bit misleading.
My driveway has a slight depression in one area. So I parked with the front wheels in there, to make the front end look lower. It actually has about 4" of ground clearance. And yeah, it's been thoroughly road tested. I have to be VERY careful on inclined driveways and gutters. But it clears speed bumps... just barely.
