For a while I've seen this "viper" front on several european styling sites. Anyone using it? Seen it in person? They are made by a polish company called Maxton Designs and I've seen their parts on other cars and they fit like a glove with only minor fixing before paint. It's not that pricey either. Aprox 260€ I might just buy one to check it out... always good with alternatives.
Search for FSTPONFIE-01 on google and a whole bunch of webshops show up all of them using the retouched image I posted.
I searched around a bit here on PFF but couldn't find this bumper.
The whole image looks very photoshopped to me. I would like a picture from the side but all I can find is this one. I'll talk to a guy I know who imports and put on stuff like this for a living... maybe he knows more.
Last summer I bought one of these, out of curiosity and because several forummembers were curious about it..(not for putting it on MY Fiero )
The layup is ok but the first obvious fault is it doesnt continue the hoodlines like the (photoshopped) picture. When I met Dietmar shortly after he told me he testfitted the same bumper and said the fit is horrible...so I havent even testfitted it. btw: notice it is for a PONTIAK

I say put the bumper on a Fiero. Take several pics on the fit and look of the bumper. Post the pics and let the general public decide what they think of the bumper.

I could see using this on a fastback, but not on the notchie. Too rounded for a notchie IMO... But of course, I like the aggressive angles of the notchback Only thing I would consider putting on the notchie besides the stock Aero nose is a Munson style nose. Reminds me of the newer G6 and Grand Prix bumpers

Most of the front ends that are being made today, I'm not really crazy about and think that the GT front is by far the best looking. But I would like to see this front end, It's looks better than most. SO JIMMY and the rest of your crew get busy and whip this bad boy out.

Just talked to the guy who's importing this kind of stuff and he can order the fiero front as a demo piece. That means I have to pay 90€ for the part and since he´s ordering a load of kits the shipping is next to none. The bad thing is that it takes approx 3-4 weeks for the front to get here.
Even if it's a very bad fit I figure since it's all fiberglass it can be reshaped.

Well I finally got my front and this weekend I had a few minutes to spare. To bring some kind of closure to this thread here's the viper-front loosely mounted on my car. I'm NOT going to use it, I only paid 90€ so it's no big loss.
Sorry about the low quality on the images... cellphone.
As mentioned before the front doesn't follow the hood.
Not symetrical, compare the two flasher cutouts.
The only angle it looks pretty okay is from the front.
I think the concept looked quite good from the front, a bit different than all the Ferrari-lookalikes, but I hate the looks of it from the side.
I just scrapped the whole project... the fashia shown in my images is stored in my attic, I don't have the heart to chop it up and throw it in the bin. If someone wants it they can have it for free. The shipping would be a killer though.

I don't think it would be worth the effort to try and cut it all appart and fit it to the car. it would be easier to just start from scratch. I hate that you are out the money, no chance of return? D.

Do you realise that this pic is a photo shop. Only one photo one angle i was very suspicious but now i see why as it is angled poorly on delivered product. It will take a lot of tweeking and extending filling and perhaps strengthen to get the angle right. I would think nearly every kit for every car could be fitted better bolt on kits just look as they are bolted on.
