I assume you wan't a rear mounted Turbo. Better hold off or sell off all those pretty SC mods as you won't need any of them if going turbo? Ask me how I know this? However, SC is better for winning shows Turbo for winning races. Choose your addiction.

Nosrac.....the motor you see was my 1st build. Has Billet TB from ZZperformance, 4" maf sensor, stage 4 cam, 2" intercooler, etc......if you look in the background you'll see a set of ZZP Aluminum heads I took this motor apart and did the heads, a stage 3 Turbo cam, pics to come Blower is sold .

Oh, snap! So what Turbo are you using and where are you mounting it. I am also doing a rear mounted 3800 Turbo build too using ZZP PEM and custom T4 adapter Flange. Also, Stage 3 Turbo Cam, Water to Air IC, L26 intake with /HV3, etc, etc. Did you run the old setup @ the track? What are your power goals?
Welcome to the club and why haven't you been posting!
X2 Jeah, give me some more ideas to copy. I am gunning for the cleanest looking swap with the highest trapping 1/4 mile 3800 Turbo Fiero. Those shooting for 9 sec passes are I don't think any of them have cages and the proper safety equipment.
Hey man, glad to see you're up on the boards now. I wish I had gotten a chance to bring my 3800t by the shop but it looks like you're moving along quite well without much "inspiration" lol. Lookin good!
Here is a pic of my hood. Its a mustang cobra hood idea i got from another PFF member....i believe his car was purple.
Yes soulcrusher....
Nice work so far. I'm definitely watching this thread.

Hey Justin ! You have been a inspiration as well on my build, Ive been a silent watcher for awhile reading all the posts on here. Its time to post my build as it is coming to a truition finally. I do appreciate anything anybody has to say and i hope people dont use this venue as a means of venting and not beating there wives !! LOL
Nos.....ironic on the builds were doing ! I have a garrett T4 70ar bb liquid cooled turbo. Headers are zzp with custom turbo mount off of it to locate it in the trunk. Water to air intercooler as well. I'll post a pic soon. I never ran that motor with the blower, i build it, and had it read to drop in and then got bored , and ripped it down and went turbo......i have more fun building it i think...thou it'll probably scare the heck out of me when i get it dialed in !! Est. for 500 to 550hp
I wouldnt be fiddling around with 500hp numbers myself...
What sort of trans setup do you have going? The horsepower is the easy part.... with those heads and assuming you have a quality T70 turbo.... Toss some e85 in and 800hp+ would be a walk in the park.
I suggest AGAINST the headers myself, I am not convinced the heat loss is worth the "directed flow" that a closer to the motor exhaust gives.... Considering there are major RPM issues that need to be addressed on a 3800.
feel free to post up questions as you get moving along.
