He has a had a VERY rough couple of weeks...months working on Capt's 4.9 HO swap. I assume he's doing everything he can to finish everyones requests, and i don't think he has employees. So he's working on it all alone. (At least he mentioned something going south with employees. )
This is why I don't and didn't want to send the AXLE back. I feel that 1: either you'd deny the package and i'd get charged 2x for shipping 2: you'd accept it and make some dumb statement that it was my fault or not the axle you sent me.
Yes this is a thread jack!

My loss here is only about $20.00. I feel very happy that it is just a very small amount. Others have lost much larger amounts in the 6 or 7 years I have been here on PFF from many different sellers.

wow this is incredible. i may not have stakes in these cases whatsoever but it bugs me to see people get ripped off. how does PFF go about adding authorized vendors to the site?
Over the years, I have seen many 'I've-been-ripped-off!' threads and trouble tracking the person(s) down, yet these vulchers come back for more and post replys. In every post, you can see "IP: Logged" meaning wherever they posted from, whatever device they posted from is probably tracked. Why hasn't any of this available information been used to track these thieves down? I know Cliff can't just give this info out, but wih the amounts of money I've seen members say they have lost, I'm sure there has been some lawyers and investigations involved pursuing legal action. With cases going to these extents, has anyone tried to get that info from cliff to pursue further action in catching these culprits?

because that would make Cliff liable if he used ip and gave out info to someone who felt they were done wrong and they went and confronted the person... and something bad happened...

Edit to add: There are very few rip offs here when judged by the high number of transactions that go on day to day in out Mall section. Most members here are good decent hard working folks.

Steve - You have tracking for two large priority boxes - One with the f23 kit and the another with a factory htob system frmo GM to replace the one you sent me
Ian - You have tracking for your adjusted and repowdered dogbone
Jose - You have tracking for the flat shift adapter
Jake - It is a good thing I put everything together before I sent you your kit because I messed up your harness somewhere, I'm going to take it apart this weekend and figure it out. Your money is still in the trust account, don't worry. When I spoke to your father I explained that to him
Everyone should now be taken care of aside from Jake. I am not going anywhere, I have cleared out my inbox and will reply to any and all PMs
I have to say, out of all the forums I visit, this one, BY FAR, has the most scamming dirtbags EVER! We need to come up with a solution. Because its getting worse (amount of people and $$) and more frequent.

FOY furnished me tracking numbers on the 18th. USPS says it isn't in the system. Here is what I had made local today:
Pretty simple. I have a spare Auto shifter and cable in my garage. I hooked it all up and checked it for function. All is well in my Fiero world today. Screw this guy FOY, I will not waste anymore time with this.
Good luck to the rest of you with him.
My tracking number he sent me:

I recieved my tracking number from FOY and it said my dogbone would arrive yesterday... And it did! So I had him modify it for me to fit and it does, super beefy quality. I will report how it holds up, hopefully it doesn't screw up my Alternator bracket. So far I have recieved everything from FOY and it all works, looks nice, and seems to be good quality. Everything just took forever to arrive, only negative from me. Goodluck to you all!

The transmission is in the garage mounted on my engine stand. I will be doing an install sometime pretty soon, I am hoping to anyway. Going behind my 3.4 pr.
