I got the door glass today. The glass looks good. The tint is correct and the glass look right. There are no markings from LOF or anyone else.
The shipping was great and I am very happy with the results. If you need glass see Richard and get a set from him.
I will wait till spring to install it. My glass was not too bad but the scratches drove me nuts. I have the new strips on the doors and my glass will finally be back to where it should be.

What are our options for replacing all of the guides etc that scratch the glass? I've been extremely busy lately and haven't had time to do much searching. Links would be appreciated if someone has them!
Thank you!

Richard is from Pro Source Glass and has had a thread here on the making of the glass. He can be reached at 877-345-2800
Or proscourceglassintl.com
The tint is green like the factory glass and hopes to do the gray later on.
As for the other bits you can get the factory parts on e bay or here with some who reproduce them. I had a set of factory strips I bought 20 years ago that were still in prime condition.
I just wanted to pass on this was a legit deal and great service if anyone has reservations. If you need glass this is not cheap but neither is NOS if you can find it. Also the odds of finding a good glass in the junk yard are slim to none. My car is in prime condition and my factory glass was scratched years ago and this was the only way to really fix it. Polishing the side windows is very labor intensive and often does not have great results. Too often the glass will shatter too if you get too much heat in it.

Just got an email from Richard, mine are ready to ship I am going to tear down the doors and do the hinges, strikes, clean the tracks and guides all at the same time. I think I will Dynamat the doors as well. No sense doing this more than once!

My set is on its way. I am considering having the glass tinted before installing it in the car. I have seen some damage done by the tint installers (not on purpose, it just happens...) I have already changed the dew wipes with NOS ones but I don't remember if I changed the felt covered guides or not. I'll have to check. I thought the Fiero Store had those available but I have not looked in a few years. I decided to do it now while the door skins are still off... I checked on prices for NOS glass and IIRC I was quoted $295 per side before shipping and handling. This is real close to half price.

The dew wipes have the pads that hold the outside. There are some on the inside but they generally hold up better. The ones on the dew wipes get more dirt and weather damage. Check them on the inside and replace them if you need them,

BTW, about the felt guides?? I thought that was the part that scratched the windows?
I bought a couple 5 years ago from TFS and they seemed to be very cheap quality. The felt texture was like a stuffed animal type of material. Has anyone bought some lately from them or better.
I probably assume GM has them dis-continued.
Thanks for sharing you experiance with the new windows purchased by prosource.

GM was discontinued but they show up on e bay now and then for a ok price.
They have pads that are part of the strip that are the most common ones that will damage the glass. They get dirty and hard and scratch the glass. There are some pads for the inside but generally most of these are in pretty good shape. I am sure some ruff cars may need fixed but my car only the outside ones were an issue, the front pad is the worst for damage.
Glad to read about what we finally were able to offer. Just an update and clarification. The glass is LOF tooling which is the OEM Specs made in Ohio. The only difference is ATI actually produces the glass for LOF these days and does so without stamping either logo, just the required dot. I am pretty sure the $295 or even the $225 retail ones out there are the exact same production ones we offer at $150 ea side. We are happy to offer with the made in the USA label.
For those patiently waiting for the gray glass, all will be notified shortly of production and final eta. We still have a few sets of the factory green in stock if anyone needs. Finally anyone out there familiar with SStarfiero (Matt Dorniak)? Trying to get a hold of..he paid a deposit for 2 sets and have not heard back?? Matt, are you out there? Thanks, Richard

That is what I meant, it comes on new dew wipes from Stu and is better than the Fiero store.
Any and all who want to see some pictures, just email me at richardt@prosourceglassintl.com and I will forward actual ones of the door glasses we have here. Could not figure how to upload the pictures well enough on the forum. Thanks, of course if anyone who received can upload some pics here would be great , either way..

Looking for passenger side gray, and don't see anything on the site about Fiero Glass, are they still in business?
They are in business and the glass is delayed for a little while as the Automakers change over to new models has been given priority at PPG over replacement glass.
Note you may want both glass as if you buy one odds are it will not match.
