these are new fiberglass parts now available from 'Sage' His usual excellent quality. there angled slightly and will fit any flat surface about 12 X 12 inches. All thats required is the appropriate size hole cut in panel. They can be riveted in place, bonded and molded in, or in this case just applied with double side tape. Has a generous mounting flange and can be painted any color to match or here, in flat black. They are FUNCTIONAL. You can see the engine if you look into the openings. They look great in the air intake area of the back fenders on Fieros.
