I didn't do anything that dumb. My worst I think was when I ran head first into the wall and put a large dent in it. Then ther ewas the time that I had the rental car on 2 wheels in the sand pit and was seen by the cops. Then there was the time...
LOL

This happened when I was 15. I had just gotten off of work and it was dark out. I was in a hurry to get to a party, so I didn't want to wait for my windows to defrost. I figured if I rolled down my window and followed the curb I'd be fine. Well, I forgot that the road turned into a turning lane. I followed the curb while it changed into the turning lane but I continued going straight. Went straight-on 40 mph into a metal light pole. Totaled my '87 Fiero that night......very stupid!

i was elected to make a keg run at a keg party. i accepted and drove (i think i drove. no one remembers for sure) to the local liquor store.
on the way back we were doing about 80+ on a twisty back road and flipped the truck 5 times. both me and my friend were ejected (which is why we don't know who drove)
i suffered 7 broken ribs and lots of cuts and scrapes. my friend broke both wrists and was similarly cut up.
i am very lucky to be alive. i am even luckier that i didn't kill anyone else that night. and i can say honestly that i have never driven drunk since that night and i never will.
oh yeah, one time in high school i tried to mop the walk in freezer.

When I was around 9 years old it was my sisters birthday party and I was up in my room on the second floor. I called one of her friends over to the window and then I proceeded to piss out of the window. I came very close to hitting her. After that I had the nickname Pistol-Pee. I don't know what I was thinking.

Stupidest thing i did on fourwheeler... was doing 20mph in reverse in hi. and turned as sharp as i could to make the front slide... Well yea it slid then it caught. we both went tumbling i got my back injury from that. and fourwheeler got bent frame and bent rack. she still rides good. But i still hurt :S

ran from a state trooper after going through a speed trap at ~130 in a 45 (in my 87 prelude Si, a few minor mods), and i got away by pulling into some dude's driveway and waiting for the statey to go flying by.......was very very stupid i wouldn't think of doing that again. i figured i was gonna lose my license for a very long time so it was worth the risk.....

to tell you the truth, i have no idea. i imagine it was ejected during the first roll and probably exploded when it hit whatever it did. it wasn't my consern at the time.
we had someone pick us up, then reported the truck stolen.

agreed. a lot of people could have died that night over a keg of beer?
is your life worth a keg of beer?

This probably doesnt qualify as the stupidest thing I have ever done but it definitely fits this thread. When I was like 7 I watched some stupid action movie and decided I was gonna be like the hero. I was in the backseat of my parents old Ford and the whole way home I was waiting for the perfect time to execute my stunt. Then as we were pulling into the parking space at out home I opened the door and did a stunt man roll out the door onto the pavement and luckily about 2 inches away from the rear tire. My parents thought I fell out the door, and were concerned but once I told them how cool I was they were not so happy with me...

Biggest mistake I've ever made was putting things off. I always postpone everything and tell myself I have plenty of time to do it. But here I am growing older and still haven't done anything I wanted or should have done by now. I will always regret doing that, and I hope I never get back into that state of mind again. Right now everything is looking pretty good though.

Gee, where should I start? I'm about to show my idiocy.....
- 12 yrs old - drove my dad's dodge dakota pickup through the garage, rammed everything out the backwall, $20,000 damage - rammed tractor backwards up a silverbirch tree - walked into a full length mirror (didn't see myself comin?) - tripped a teacher (when i was in grade 1) - fell up the stairs at school
Ok, that's enough, I'm making myself feel bad. LoL

when I was 6 I poured all my dad's chemicals he had in the garage on the floor and mixed them together(it was my friends idea he was always getting me into trouble) anyway it left a big orange stain on the concrete. i'm lucky i didn't blow up or something. My Dad did something worst than that. when he was 5 a black boy (same age)and him threw rocks into a churches stained glass windows every one. dude was a little devil

been there , done that and yes Ross, did that. Yelled out Pam.........but her name was Dawn, lol. Needless to say, she ended the moment and kicked me out. Funny now.
Not as great but still stupid. Picture pulling up to the dock at this niteclub on the lake in your boat. Get out and get one foot on the dock, but other still on the boat as it pushes away slowly farther and farther. Fell rite in with a big splash. I did look totally stupid, im sure.

Actually, no. It was during an argument. Lisa was synonymous with stress....
I sold my Fiero for a 300zx that I thought had 390hp
2 weeks after I bought it the turbo's started to go on it and the Super HIACS (sp?) steering in the rear went funny.. I had to work 40hrs a week to pay for it , my grades suffered and I flunked out. Im now a manager at pizza hut and Im 34. My wife I met when crusing in the 300zxTT got pregnant when she was 15 , and again at 17. She now stays home all day watching soap operas. I now drive an 81 malibu with a 305
Oh wait..that was the stupidest thing YOU ever did.

1982==>"OUR version of the gumball rally" After about 17-20 pitchers of beer.(who's counting after drinking 6 each), The three of us take off from the "Shire Road Pub" smoking tires at every green light and sliding up to the next red one. I got pulled over within about 6 blocks. Amazingly enough I PASSED! their sobriety evaluation! Repaired a tail light that was out, told the cops SEE YA! and ripped off down the road. We were going about 120 or so down a country road when my friends thought it was time to slow down, so one took the keys out of the ignition. I told him to put them back or I would throw it into park(auto) and see what happens.(I don't bluff) Still going about 100.....Into park it goes. SMOKE, NOISE,SMELL, and no more park. I just rebuilt the thing too. I got my keys back and off we went burning more rubber and sliding more corners....oops, through a couple of yards, somebody watered the street down and that 25 mph corner is slippery at 50(in a private country club)$$$$$$. 68Ford Galaxies don't handle so well. At least I stayed off the golf course. Anyway, we made it back in one piece. Only if I had that on film. It would have been a perfect example of what NOT to do though I'd be too humiliated to show it...I did end up wrapping that car around a light pole. Luckily I didn't have any friends in the car including myself. It's bad enough to risk your own life. That's ONE of my S T U P I D ! ! ! ! moves...ONE LESS FORD (similar one)
