Brand new, factory sealed retail box. Won it in a contest at work and I already have one. Just got it today, never registered so full warranty starts when you open and register it

the 4gb model goes for $250 plus $20 or so sales tax if you buy it in a store.

I'm looking to get $225 for it.

Heh, just posted a topic about buying an iPod.

is it the Black or White?

And how long do you think it would take to ship it over to Texas (Schertz, 78154)?

Bump for the seller, I got a similar deal locally so I decided not to buy.

I'm curious, can those things be used for storing files for transfer purposes? ie. things you don't want to listen to.. just store for use on multiple computers like a memory stick.

You can, yes. They show up under windows as a removable hard drive. Similier on a mac.
