Personally man, I'd have just kept this in that other thread in the mall... you stated your case on both 'not perfect' transactions, and made logical points and backed them up with photographic evidence. Didn't do any mudslinging or name calling, and offered a way of resolution.
I never bought anything from ya, but I like the way you presented yourself over there (for the above mentioned), and wouldn't give it a second thought if I needed to... but like I said, cross posting into another section to a very limited target audience (just people that have transacted with you)... I dunno... just not what I'd do, I guess.
FWIW, if time was running out to have ebay or paypal to intercede on a transaction, and I had not heard or seen, after repeated attempts of contact, the status of my goods... I'd have fought the charges too. And there is no way I would install a highly blem'd interior piece in my car. It would drive me insane everytime I got in the car!
