Get a C-PAP machine for yourself, and ear plugs for her. My wife snores badly, and had a sleep study done. She's got sleep apnea, so they prescribed a C-PAP machine for her. Now, she doesn't snore, but the mask doesn't sit tightly on her face, and it sounds like I'm sleeping next to an old steam radiator. So, I got some good earplugs. Problem solved.

Don't sleep on your back. Like said above you stomach is best, side is better than back. Could try the nasal strip thing athletes use to open your nose, depends on what causes your snore. Can also try more pillows if you have to sleep on your back try getting your head up higher, seems the more it tips back the more you will snore.
Does it ever wake you up, or do you stop breathing between snores? If so go get it checked out as this oxygen deprivation is not good.

I snore. I told my wife to get ear plugs or sleep on the couch. She got ear plugs. I guess I got it like that.
(The above is a total fabrication. If you believed it, then I have some property in Iraq I want to sell you. Anyways, I don't mind sleeping on the couch.)

I snore pretty bad too. I'm asthmatic and my father snores so I guess I get it from him also. I've never had to share a bed with anyone so I've never looked into what can be done to stop it since I have had no trouble with apnea or it waking ME up, haha.

-Sleep on yer side -Try the nose strips -lose some weight, ya fatty! -get checked by a doc for polyps -Tell her BJ's prevent snoring (worth a shot)
Do you wake up tired? if so, get tested for Apnea...

i seen an ad for a mouthpiece that makes your lower jaw protrude out farther and that's suppose to help you stop snoring. a coworker just tried it but i forgot to ask if it work. CPAP machine will definitely stop the snoring, if you do stop breathing during your sleep get it check out, you can die from sleep apnea.

My mouth use to fall open at night, I put a small band aid on the center of my mouth to hold it close. After a few weeks I didnt have to use the band aid anymore. Breathing out of your mouth will cause more than just snoring problems, you will dry out your gums as well.
I use the band aid because it only covers the center of my mouth and if my nose plugs up I can open my mouth with a little effort.

I didn't tell my wife to get earplugs... But I did hand her some. She took the hint and uses them.
Edit to add: It does go both ways though. There are plenty of nights I'm the one using the earplugs.
