Looking for a good and safe anime geared torrent site and I do not feel like hunting google for something that is nice. I prefer something along the lines of private, or just a decent illegal public one.

For torrents, http://www.animesuki.com/. No doubt.

I usually use the following two when I don't want to worry about torrents.

http://www.zone-anime.com/
http://anime.thehylia.com/

You're fine with downloading any anime that either doesn't have or has lost it's North American license. Most current fan subs falling into these categories.

I know right? I downloaded Mermaid Forest TV myself because I never got a chance to see it.

I went out and bought a tetrabyte hard drive to hold all of what I've been downloading. I just get up in the morning, start downloads, then by the time I make it home I've got like six new things to watch

demonoid is really hard to get onto. i use the usenets to get my stuff most of the time. i use the giganews server host, and use newzbin to search with, binsearch.info too and use newsleecher to download them with. giganews is a monthly service, but well worth the money. i average dl speeds of 1.4-2.1 MB.
