I'm lookin to buy aluminum extrude or formed aluminum 'top hat' cross section channel. Anyone know where to buy this stuff? I only need like 12-15' of it. I can't find a US retailer that doesn't require buying like 100' or something.

If you have a Burke construction, or an Aluma Systems near you, they should be able to set you up. They used to be in 6,10,14 and 21 foot lenghts IIRC, used for concrete formwork.
